From the moment we arrived to be met by our brilliant NGuide, Kabeer, to the moment we left when we were waved off by Kabeer, we had an absolutely brilliant time at this hotel. Kabeer looked after us so well, quickly responding to any requests we had and regularly seeking us out for a chat in the evenings. We celebrated a special occasion when we were there and Kabeer arranged for us to dine in the Chef Steak A la Carte where the staff there made a real fuss over us, a great and memorable evening. We enjoyed every part of this hotel, the food in all of the restaurants we ate in was always hot and absolutely delicious, the choice of food in Cuisine (the main restaurant) was fantastic, something for everybody, as was the food in Nautilus (24-hour restaurant), very tasty and well presented. There was a great selection of top brand drinks on offer and the evening entertainment was spot on, usually a show at the Show Centre followed by live music or a DJ at the Beach Cub. Our room was lovely with two complimentary beach bags, a complimentary bottle of Gin (Hendricks no less) and some lovely chocolates. The patisserie served a wide range of sweets, cakes, hot/cold drinks and there is a great Gym for those who like to work off some of the additional calories consumed. The best thing about this hotel however, was the staff. We spoke to many staff members who have worked there for a while, some since the hotel opened, and all of them said they enjoyed working there and I think this shone through in the service they provided to the guests, it was excellent. Apart from the aforementioned Kabeer, other staff members who deserve a mention: Tahir at the Beach Snack and at the Beach Club at night, great service at all times and a lovely guy to talk to. Ilayda from Animation, always stopped for a chat when passing and sometimes sought us out specifically to talk with, a lovely young lady who spoke great English and was great company in the evenings Yaren at the Adult Pool, Faruk the Skater Waiter, Gulbahar at the Mono Bar, Metahan at the Beach Club/Mono Bar and Ivan at the Lobby Bar – great service from them all and always with a smile and a chat. There were many others as well, the staff at the Monte Cristo Bar and the 24-hour Restaurant were very good also, just too many to mention them all by name. The icing on the cake at the end of the holiday was when we discovered that we were to be given access to the CIP Service at Antalya Airport, regular visitors will know that Antalya Airport is a nightmare to pass through but with the CIP Service it was a breeze. So in summary, great hotel, great food, great entertainment, great service. I would say if you are thinking of booking here – just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything was perfect! We were greeted warmly from everyone from the first moments in the Hotel! (.. till the last moment) We got upgraded to a Side Sea view room! We have to thank Mustafa from the Reception for this and a lot of answers to the questions we made! The room was quite big and everything on it was nicely put! So was the bathroom! It met our needs very well! We got added to a Whatsapp group, and our Guides Ömer and Kabeer made every effort to make it easy for us! We needed e certain type of a battery, and asked our guides about where to find one, and next day we found a Note telling us 'they are sorry it took a while' and the battery in our room from Kabeer, our Guide! What a one of a kind gesture!!! In a moment we had a little of situation back in our country, and of course we were tense and the next day we received fruits and a Note from the hotel, telling us that they are sorry about the situation and that they sympathize with us! This made us feel very good and welcomed! The pools were clean, the beach crystal clear, the ambience was extraordinery! Very good Hotel, with nice architecture, encircled with high rocky mountains, and crystal clear beaches were a constant excitement! The large variety of quality drinks to choose from, very good mixologist at every bar making great cocktails! The servers and waiters in every bar and restaurant were excellent and always smiling! The food at the main restaurant was always fresh and tasty! The service there was extraordinary! Around the pool, I have to mention Nadir and especially Eren for their great service and talks! Eren was ready to even outperfom himself by going to Antalya at night to buy the battery we mentioned before! The Show performances were nice every night, but the Friday one was extraordinary! Lastly, as we thought that nothing more can be done to make us feel better, Omer our guide, told us that they decided to gift us CIP Service at Antalya Airport! We appreaciated it alot! “Perfect!”

We had one of the best stays we ever had in this hotel. First of all is a great service: we book just normal superior room, but the hotel provides with two personal assistants who are also on whatsapp with you during your stay almost 24/7, you can book an activity, ask any question or make a reques… lisää

We had one of the best stays we ever had in this hotel. First of all is a great service: we book just normal superior room, but the hotel provides with two personal assistants who are also on whatsapp with you during your stay almost 24/7, you can book an activity, ask any question or make a request. This is very impressive, as this kind of service is usually provided in other hotels by booking a suite or above. We felt special care. The food was good too, delicious and various choices, drinks were real brand (not like local analog of famous drinks, which is a big plus). Pools were very clean and great designed for people with small kids. I would like to thank Andriana and Saida, our assistants, for great service and being friendly, waiters were really smiling (not forcing themselves), Orkun for arranging volleyball in 3 languages! The show program was great too, we didn't miss a single one for all 7 nights we stayed!!! I don't want to mention any minuses, they are super minor. However one situation I cannot not to mention. On the day of checking I argued with a manager. The entire situation happened because of misunderstandings from both sides. Metin Bey is his name if not mistaken. Instead of fixing the issues with the hotel stuff, he put all fault on me! it was 17 in the evening, I was exhausted, I have 2yo baby and wanted to go to my room to check in. He was not only stopping me on the way but also pushing me that I am in trouble. I started being nervous, my heart was quick (and I mentioned that I am not even feeling well), he was just looking around. He started to speak Turkish to a colleague, I stopped him and asked to switch to English. It's unprofessional! I was asking him what do you want from me? No answer. Then I just left, and said he could call to the room to continue this nonsense. Nothing happened. I am not blaming the hotel, as his behavior is an exemption. All I had after was great, everyone fixed all our little minuses quickly and efficiently. If he had issues with other guests before, I think it's something to consider, that he is just not fit in such a luxurious hotel. After this situation, I saw him many times (we stayed for a week). He not only didn't speak to me, but he also didn't apologize and more over never said Hi at least! Anyway, the rest was simply amazing and relaxing. Thank you for such service! After Europe, it's a paradise :) who knows knows what I mean

“Happy holiday”
