Just got back from a 4 night stay to celebrate my 30th birthday. All the staff were so friendly and attentive. The hotel was very relaxing and very clean. Pools were still a lovely temperature too. If you get chance to have a spa treatment I would highly recommend a full body massage followed by a mini facial. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep and my friend had to come and wake me up

“AMAZING HOLIDAY FRANK IS YOUR MAN”

I have never been to a more friendly place,,, the staff go above and beyond,, we had 3 birthdays 🎂 while we was there ,, every birthday,, they set up a lovely table for us all to have food and drinks,, And beautiful birthday cakes, with singing and fireworks,, FRANK is your man to go to,,he will help you and if you want anything,, he will show you where to go,, my brother in law broke his phone Frank tried to help get it fixed,, our sister has special needs ,, the staff understood her and was just Amazing. The food was great,,, but its also not far to get a taxi and eat out to.Only one thing the beds where not the best soo maybe next year when we come back they will have new ones,,, as I know its being refurbished can't wait to see it,, to all the staff and Frank thank you for An Amazing holiday,, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's my first time to this hotel but definitely not the last. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful especially Frank. He always had a huge smile on his face. The hotel and all it's facilities were excellent. I can't wait to come back next year.

“Good but wouldn’t go back”

We stayed for 1 week in a standard room, this was big enough for 2 people, although rooms need updating as looking tired. Cleaners done a great job, and luv all the things they done with towels etc. Entertainment was ok, could be very loud sometimes that you couldn’t hear yourself talk, but overall… lisää

We stayed for 1 week in a standard room, this was big enough for 2 people, although rooms need updating as looking tired. Cleaners done a great job, and luv all the things they done with towels etc. Entertainment was ok, could be very loud sometimes that you couldn’t hear yourself talk, but overall ok. Never had a problem getting sun beds through the day. Drinks on offer were good, lots to choose from. Hotel and grounds very clean, but definitely needs update in some areas. Some railings around hotel are not bolted properly and are very loose, didn’t like leaning on them. Steps into main pool exactly same, and when you go up or down them you feel like they may go at any time. Food was very disappointing, many a time it was cold, and felt choice was limited. Even eggs was not hot, they was cooking to many at once and they were just left but not even on a hot plate, omelettes nice but not offered everyday. Food was not kept hot, it’s not hard to keep food warm, even in snack bar we ordered chicken and chips and it was stone cold, had to send back, and this was just as they had opened. Someone said there was lots of ants in the ice creams, so please check when getting one. As for the cats, I like them, but they are everywhere, you go to sit down they are on chairs and beds,if you leave doors open they just come in and are over your beds, in the dining room they all round the tables, and even saw them on the tables and up on food, this I’m sorry to say is not acceptable or hygienic, personally if you want to feed them please don’t do where all tables and food are. Hotel very out of the way, but taxis are available all the time. Had a lovely meal in Del boys, food and service excellent, also went to Memories had a amazing meal and the Temptations group was fantastic, they put on a great show, and themselves and all the staff joined in. If you’re celebrating something let them know. Went to Sugar beach and Seahorse beach club at the lagoon, preferred Sea horse, we just what’s app them and they picked us up and took home ( this was 400tl each with sunbed and umbrella and pickups both ways from hotel). We found Seahorse less Stoney. Used Spa, had Turkish bath and body massage and would definitely recommend. Would definitely recommend Bagadag mountain, we went up on cable car (amazing views), had lovely lunch up there, watched the para gliders going of mountain, then braved the cable chairs( scary but so glad we done it). We booked our holiday through Easy jet, and can say 100% service will definitely use again. Would we go back to Sahra su ?, I hate to say no, mainly because of the food, shame really as could be a lovely, just need few issues sorting. To me this is a honest review of how we felt, but I know everyone is different
