Fantastic hotel. In a beautiful area of turkey. A lovely clean hotel where the staff are fantastic. The entertainment team are brilliant and well organised each one took the time to talk to us including the entertainment manager who was fantastic with adults and kids. The bar and catering staff are all friendly and the housekeeping team made our week when they realised it was our daughter's birthday and decorated the room with pretty petals and super towel art which was a lovely touch. Food selection was as standard as most other all inclusive hotels but cooked and presented beautifully. We have had a fabulous time and wouldn't hesitate book again. We did our research so knew the water park wouldn't be open but as there is so much to do in the area our days were full enough. All in all a fab hotel Thank you for a great holiday Orka world staff.

“Mediocre hotel”

Cons: Arrived very late on a Friday night and given a dry roll to eat, no fruit or additional snacks or welcome drink. Cons: Arrived very late on a Friday night and given a dry roll to eat, no fruit or additional snacks or welcome drink. By 2am we were very hungry and tried to call reception to enquire about any spare rolls but the phone wasn’t working. We were located far from the lobby and at 4am I had to navigate in the dark to reception only to be told no food left and to report phone and TV not working. The phone didn’t work for our entire stay. TV in daughters room was temperamental throughout stay. Freezing cold pools. Water park closed and I thought the water park was on site. Terrible food. Nothing to do during the day so we went on day trips. Room not cleaned, sheets not changed during entire stay. Had to request clean towels on a couple of occasions. Most staff speak little English or none at. No evening entertainment on Mondays. Pros: Hotel was aesthetically pleasing. Family room was more like an apartment as it had 3 rooms. The spa and spa staff were great. Evening entertainment was ok Decent ice cream. Pleasant staff

“Lovely views, very picturesque but needs improvement on communication and cleanliness”

We only booked this hotel for the half term break as it had the huge aqua park. When we arrived on the 18th October 2024 we were greeted by a sign on reception saying that the aqua park closed on the 16th October! We were super disappointed as this was not communicated to us whatsoever when booking… lisää

We only booked this hotel for the half term break as it had the huge aqua park. When we arrived on the 18th October 2024 we were greeted by a sign on reception saying that the aqua park closed on the 16th October! We were super disappointed as this was not communicated to us whatsoever when booking on booking.com we asked to speak to manager who was present and he put all of the blame on booking.com saying they have fully communicated this to all booking sites that their water park closes every year on 16th October. Whilst we stood and waited to see whether we wanted to continue with the stay or book elsewhere I decided to check on booking.com to see if it stated the water park was closed and it didn’t state it anywhere. So either the hotel was lying or the booking sites haven’t been told this information. We decided to stay as the normal pools were open. Upon speaking to other people staying in the hotel this had also happened to others, they had actually booked through jet2 and other package deal sites and again nothing had been communicated to them about the water park being closed so we weren’t the only ones. The food and entertainment was lovely and the staff are very attentive towards children. It’s pretty much geared towards the British crowd so if you’re a Brit wanting to escape home this area and hotel probably isn’t for you. Our room was one of the villas which comprised of two rooms and stairs to get in. The shower was about tired and had some mold, room was dusty and needed dusting. We were also right next door to some sort of generator which was super house at night and made it hard to sleep
