Retuned from a week's stay as a group of six friends and family. Would firstly like to thank the amazing staff especially entertainment team Ali and Letitia. Bar staff Yousef and memhet, snack bar staff marvine and Mustafa. Just to name a few. (I apologise for any wrong spelling). These were just a few who made our stay very special. This was a second visit to the hotel and highly recommend for the ample choice of food and drinks. All staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If you a light sleeper you may get an early wake up call from the resident cockerels! But if an animal lover the cats and kittens are adorable. Looking forward to another visit soon. Thank you all

“Nice hotel in beautiful setting”

A holiday is what you make of it and with this in mind I can say we had a lovely stay here. The beds were very comfortable however room was very cramped for 4 people. A holiday is what you make of it and with this in mind I can say we had a lovely stay here. The beds were very comfortable however room was very cramped for 4 people. Luckily we ended up with a room above the main stage which had the sun all afternoon and views over to the sea. What made our stay fantastic was the hard working and amazing staff here.. each and every member made us feel welcome and a big shout out to Ali the entertainment guy who was so friendly and encouraged everyone to join in with games every day. The young boys that work on the bar in particular Mehmet were lovely, so friendly and chatty .. A couple of little things that would have been improved on was the cleanliness.. the toilets at the pool were pretty dirty all day , toilet seats hanging off and broken tiles etc.. the pool area was fine but a lot of broken parasols and dirty tables.. The location of the hotel is ideal and can't be faulted and for this reason I would probably return . It's also quiet after 12pm. Hopefully see you all again soon!

Lovely place well kept very clean friendly staff lots of looked after cats here & chickens, plenty of food & drinks although it’s the same everyday lovely little snack bar around pool no English fry up but lovely lady does omelettes or scrambled eggs, entertainment nice every night or pancakes by the relax pool as there’s two pools here . Beach right outside isn’t great stoney wiv few broken umberellas best to visit other beaches just a ten min walk away or taxi ride very cheap taxis , bars restaurants shops just 6 min walk around the corner . We paid all inclusive here & it’s worth the money we will be returning

“Good holiday but could be Improved.”

27th september 2024. We were a combination of 29 guest mixed between familey and freinds. Good points is that the hotel is situated right behind the main beach and is perfect for viewing the sunset, paragliders landing, and being close to the strip. The grounds of this hotel are perfect and is well maintained and clean. The pool was good and clean and the kids loved every minute in the pool. The entertainment team were brilliant with keeping guest entertained and doing many activities throughout the day along with a kids club wich most little ones seemed to enjoy. The nightime entertainment was awsome too. Rooms were small and a little dated but not off putting and are equipped enough for a good stay. Cleaners came everyday and provided clean towels and bedsheets. The all inclusive food at this resturant is 5/10 plenty to chose from but almost cold food or very dry meats and soft cold chips, but the deserts were a winner for all the kids. Breakfast was better with a great choice of fresh breads, fruits, cereal, jams eggs and freshly mate omelets. Snack bar was OK just good enough for a quick snack of pizza, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, chips, fruit. The outdoor pool bar is good with a great choice of drinks but the glasses to what i seen were just dipped in the sink and flushed a few times and never washed properly and we could all see it. Most of the win glasses were horrible and not clean at all as you can see them above the bar. The staff at this hotel were very hit and miss, The entertainment staff was bang on and constantly communicated with guest along with the spar man, but the kitchen staff and most of the bar staff didn't say hello or even smile at all even when we said hello we got no response or anything. I seen the some of the chefs in the dining area constantly looking at my partners bum as she walked past wich is not what you want when going on holiday. One man who I met spoke pretty good turkish as he has lived there over 10 years ago and told me he has overheard the bar staff insulting him and saying things about his wife and other guest but with me not speaking turkish I don't know if this was true or not. Reception staff were great but a blond lady at the reception seemed very rude and not once did she say hello or smile and when I asked her about anything she just seemed like she hated us and couldn't be bothered to even be there. Apart from the above some of the management staff and bar staff were ok and generally helpfull to our party. All in all my stay here personally was pretty good but definatly could be Improved in many areas like.. A pool table. Freindly staff with better attitude towards guest Better prepared teatime food Rooms modernised. More cleanliness regarding glasses and beakers. Would I stay again no... just based on the staffs lack of manners and communication towards us.
