“Second time at hotel and not as we thought in hindsight”

It’s got amazing views and could be a fantastic hotel if it was given a refurbish , I came for 3 days last year as had a really bad hotel , city hill and had moved to here the room was so much better , the food was too, as it was chicken nuggets in last hotel , this was great for our last few days … lisää

It’s got amazing views and could be a fantastic hotel if it was given a refurbish , I came for 3 days last year as had a really bad hotel , city hill and had moved to here the room was so much better , the food was too, as it was chicken nuggets in last hotel , this was great for our last few days last year but this time we booked a junior suite and have had to move rooms after expressing we weren’t in a good room lots of things,,but now have got an ok room sadly I’m not impressed with the food being lots of flys and needs to be addressed as food open and people saying poorly this hotel is closing sat and it’s already running out of certain alcohol it’s a shame 😳 we didn’t know before booking this break not cheap for a week in Turkey and if it has no food by Fri it’s not good let’s hope it’s not the case , I’m in a better hotel than k last and making the most of our last break before winter weather is good , would not have booked it again unless a refurbished hotel as the view is amazing

“Not the best food and boring”

Thai hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The lowest all inclusive I have been to. The pool area not enough sun beds people get up at crazy time to save their sun bed. Once in 7 days we had 2 sunbeds to 5 of us. Food is ok but just ok. The cold food selection is nice but not many options. W… lisää

Thai hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The lowest all inclusive I have been to. The pool area not enough sun beds people get up at crazy time to save their sun bed. Once in 7 days we had 2 sunbeds to 5 of us. Food is ok but just ok. The cold food selection is nice but not many options. Warm food and desserts small options and often we needed to queue to get some food. I am not used to this however I never had to queue for food at all inclusive hotels. Down side is that often they don’t even replenish the food. Snack bar at the beach unfortunately it takes ages for the staff to cook anything. Drinks are poor but strong. Not many things to do I was quite bored. Good is the hotel was clean, had good views and you can dive in the sea this is something I will never forget as you can swoim with the fish just grab good googles as it’s unforgettable experience. Beach also not enough sunbeds. I’d give this hotel 3/5. Hotel is closing and it was obvious that some staff did not care. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an all Inclusive experience where you wouldn’t worry about snacks or desserts between the meals. However you may like this hotel as other people think it’s amazing unfortunately not for me.
