“Lovely property! perfect location!”
Stayed in this beautiful property for four nights off season. Very easy to find and to visit the basque country from. Bed was cosy and check-in and out very easy. Staff at reception was super helpful and pleasant. We used the kitchen quite a lot to cook our own dinners. Supermarkets 10 mins up the … lisää
Stayed in this beautiful property for four nights off season. Very easy to find and to visit the basque country from. Bed was cosy and check-in and out very easy. Staff at reception was super helpful and pleasant. We used the kitchen quite a lot to cook our own dinners. Supermarkets 10 mins up the road. There is the option to order bread/croissants for the following morning to collect at reception but there is no bar/cafe on site. The swimming pool was closed as it was too cold.

“Perfectly relaxing”
We stayed for a week and enjoyed it immensely. Very nice and quiet place, very beautifully arranged, wonderful pool. Bedroom could have been a little bigger, as we had a baby and the baby cot barely fit there, otherwise, it was very very nice.

“Out of this world (incomunicated)”
There were no communication services, internet, mobile signal, not acceptabme. The sorroundings were fine, the room was average, we arrived al 22 and there was not even a.light or indication of how to get our key, they just send an email, and as there was not mobile signal.or internet, we had to sp… lisää

“Nice location, small apartments”
The double bed was very narrow, so one of us actually slept in the living room. The apartment was meant for 5 people, but hardly big enough for 2. Even worse, there was a very bad smell from moisture or fungus or the like. After the second night with poor sleep we were moved to a better and bigger … lisää
The double bed was very narrow, so one of us actually slept in the living room. The apartment was meant for 5 people, but hardly big enough for 2. Even worse, there was a very bad smell from moisture or fungus or the like. After the second night with poor sleep we were moved to a better and bigger apartment on top of the hill. It had a splendid view (which the first one didn't). The staff was kind and helpful when dealing with our complaint, but did not offer any refund.
