“Wonderful holidays”

“Lovely place”
We loved the Residence we stayed in. The site, pool and reception area are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our apartment however (in the Espelette building) was dark and cramped, especially the room with the bunk beds. It would be good to know what apartment building you were… lisää

“Musty smelling apartment”
The villa had a great pool area but the curtains in our apartment were mouldy and this made the place smell musty, this really ruined the experience. The kitchen had everything you need to whip up a decent meal. The reception was closed when we got there even though the check in was stated as 4pm (… lisää
The villa had a great pool area but the curtains in our apartment were mouldy and this made the place smell musty, this really ruined the experience. The kitchen had everything you need to whip up a decent meal. The reception was closed when we got there even though the check in was stated as 4pm (reception opened at 5pm) I then had to make a call to get the code to retrieve the key to our apartment which was not made clear before arrival. It's a good location in that you are close to Saint Jean de Luz which is lovely.
