“Best view ever”

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Beautiful view from the sixth floor directly on the beach. Otherwise the building is a bit worn out but the room was clean, beds comfortable and bathroom big enough. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Beautiful view from the sixth floor directly on the beach. Otherwise the building is a bit worn out but the room was clean, beds comfortable and bathroom big enough. The parking is a bit of a pain as it is quite small and for bigger cars it might be a problem. People at rhe reception were nice enough. Not saying this is the best accommodation but the location and view is exceptionnal.

Kiinteistö kuitenkin tarvitsi päivitystä ja huone tarvitsi todellisen kuusen, lukuun ottamatta hiljattain kunnostettua kylpyhuonetta. Vuoteet eivät ole kaikki mukavia ja upposi keskelle. Hyvin perushuone ja yksi hyödyllinen vinkki on tarkistaa inventaario. Löysimme puutteen ja ellei sitä ilmoitettu 3 tunnin kuluessa saapumisesta, meitä olisi veloitettu. Meillä oli kaupungin puolella huone, joka oli meluisa johtuen ulkopuolisesta liikenteestä ja asukkaiden kovaa musiikkia ja huuto, joka tapahtui pieniin tunteihin.

Don’t come here thinking it is a hotel, because it’s not, these are apartments where you can live but you have to take care of most of the living needs and product yourself. This is a great place if you are planing to stay at least for a week next to the main beach, has a pool and slow WiFi for extra cost. There are 2 laundromats nearby, couple of grocery stores within 10min walk and basically everything else there is in Biarritz within 15min from apartments. Most rooms above 3rd floor has balconies, the street side is rather noisy at night but the ocean side might have strong winds. There is a kettle stove, microwave with oven function, a fridge vacuum cleaner and dishes. But you will need to get everything else on your own. Otherwise recommend the place. The parking is really tight.
