“We had a good time”

Staff was very friendly and we had a goo week. It´s a bit from the center so a car is a must. The pool area is ok, pool is heated. As ususal some people don´t care about rules and smoke etc. The appartment was ok.

Very tidy apartment and ample space for 2 adults and 3 kids!! Biggest drawback was we had 2nd floor apartment and no lift- counted number of steps from the underground parking to the door of the apartment it was 57 steps!!!! which is no easy task with kids and heavy luggage!!!! Very tidy apartment and ample space for 2 adults and 3 kids!! Biggest drawback was we had 2nd floor apartment and no lift- counted number of steps from the underground parking to the door of the apartment it was 57 steps!!!! which is no easy task with kids and heavy luggage!!!! Outdoor pool was not large enough to cater all occupants from the residences - Customer service whilst pleasant was not very cooperative when fault in apartment was reported - I emailed and visited reception in person to report that 4 of the wall sockets were not working and this was on the first day but 9 days later and no one turned up to fix them - very awkward as we had to put kettle on hall floor to boil it which isn’t ideal or safe with young children running around 😢😢😢 Overall whilst the apartment was very clean etc I don’t think I would return to this place as it is not within walking distance of any amenities unless you enjoyed hill climbing to get to shops 🙈🙈 it was also definitely not worth the money we paid for it for 8 nights
