“Great location , clean , friendly helpful staff .”

Lovely hotel , great location , felt safe . Friendly, helpful staff , Saber behind the bar , was an excellent host , we stayed all evening instead of going out listening to the live singer . Reception staff , very helpful .Hotel very clean , helpful water station in the hallway of our floor .

We just stayed at Pam hotel for a week and it was brilliant! I don’t understand the bad reviews. Our room was spacious and had a large walk-in wardrobe area (room 406). We just stayed at Pam hotel for a week and it was brilliant! I don’t understand the bad reviews. Our room was spacious and had a large walk-in wardrobe area (room 406). The hotel has good AC and it’s only a 5 min walk from the port and trams/buses into town. Alternatively, you can walk into the old town in about ten minutes. I hate walking and if I can do it anyone can! The decor is really lovely, especially in the foyer and bar. The branding is consistent and striking. All the staff are extremely friendly and gave us some great recommendations including the hotel amour beach club. Special mention to saber who was chatty and informative. Check-out isn’t until midday and they have a secure storage area you can leave your bags in if leaving Nice later. Pam hotel is excellent value for money. Thank you for a great stay :)

“Good hotel. Needs to improve reception and customer service”

Very nice hotel, good location and spacious rooms. Reception and customer service was bad. Its a pity for sucha a nice hotel to have people who cannot make reccomendations and some times were almost rude to us. Is is very close to most attraction with nice restaurants very close.

We booked 2 tripple room, the rooms were small, we had 3 people in one room and there was hardly any place to move, beds were comfortable, breakfast was below average with not much options, good air condition, very good location with walking distance to the port, castle hill, beaches, plenty of goo… lisää

We booked 2 tripple room, the rooms were small, we had 3 people in one room and there was hardly any place to move, beds were comfortable, breakfast was below average with not much options, good air condition, very good location with walking distance to the port, castle hill, beaches, plenty of good restaurants around, very nice and helpful staff, not the best Wifi, we get logged out frequently and we have to keep logging in With hotel ratings of 4 star, they need to add more space for the tripple room, also have a better breakfast
