Very good healthy breakfast. Plenty of choice. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Helpful and made me feel at home. Even let me speak French! Very convenient location. Close to the beach and the old and new centres of town. Tram stop nearby so easy to get to airport. I didn’t use the WiFi. Spent most of my time exploring Monaco and Nice.

“Hotel in a convenient location”
The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Nice Ville train station. Also less than 5 minute from the Ligne D’Azur 2 Durandy train station that goes all the way to the airport for around 30 minutes. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Nice Ville train station. Also less than 5 minute from the Ligne D’Azur 2 Durandy train station that goes all the way to the airport for around 30 minutes. So convenient! Just like in real estate….location, location, location!!!! Around 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and less than 5 minutes to Place Massena where bars, restaurants, cafes and grocery shops are nearby. The staff were always eager to help and provide service. We especially loved the Brita filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Considering bottled water is kinda pricey and you go through several bottles during a day, this was such a big help in the wallet. I bow to the owners for thinking of this great service to it’s guests!!!! The room is sparse yet clean. Simple and very European in size. There was complimentary Nespresso coffee maker and capsules in the room but unfortunately no sugar and cream packets. The bathroom is sufficient with a rainfall shower in the tub. Our room was in the 5th floor and it had a huge wrap around balcony. It had a great view and had two chairs and a table! Very chic! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect and it’s a simple yet elegant hotel. Very French!

“Great value and central location”
A very nice Hotel... centrally located, at around 6-7 minutes walk from the Airport Tram connection... and about the same distance from the old town.... nice and friendly staff, and very good value... in a quiet area, if you can say that about central Nice... would quite happily staff there again.

“Great staff, great location”
Very helpful staff who are also fluent in English. Great location. Close to shopping, the promenade and the Old Town.

“Nad Maroc”
Everything was ok: the staff, the staying, the hôtel is vey well located in the center if the city. I was very satisfied thanks all. The only thing i didn't appreciate was that the wifi hasn't worked well ):
