“Could you go somewhere else please”
It's rubbish. Don't come. That way hopefully it will be nice and peaceful when I return for my 3rd visit in 12 months. It's rubbish. Don't come. That way hopefully it will be nice and peaceful when I return for my 3rd visit in 12 months. I sit here with anticipation that the hotel chain has not split the staff to other of there establishments in the hope of achieving the standards we enjoyed so much during 2025. We are all ready booked in for May 2025 and if it is as it was last year we will be booking 2 more this year, the later one with my entire Family because if you want a holiday to remember bring your Gran and Granpa, Your parents and your siblings. Here is hoping the management are the same and that he has changed his nappy. Those who have enjoyed stopping at this hotel in the past will know the meaning. Looking forward to May and I love Carla

“Livid!”
Absolutely livid. This place has spoiled us and now I cannot book other holidays because I know they will absolutely not compare! Food was incredible - choice and quality. Staff were attentive, hard working and helpful. Rooms were lovely. Resort was immaculate. I have one tiny thing to improve - so… lisää

Staff were attentive, hard working and helpful. Rooms were lovely. Resort was immaculate. I have one tiny thing to improve - sofa bed that is 2 separate beds rather than a double sofa bed so the kids don't flight over the sheets. Other than that; 5 stars, incredible. Will be saving up to return again. Thank You!

“Great Location”
Absolutely beautiful hotel, check in was quick, although it wasn’t explained where our room was and we got lost. Rooms clean. Lots of food, always available. Pools really do need to be heated in cooler months as they were freezing! Location was right near a rocky cove down to a beautiful sandy beac… lisää
Absolutely beautiful hotel, check in was quick, although it wasn’t explained where our room was and we got lost. Rooms clean. Lots of food, always available. Pools really do need to be heated in cooler months as they were freezing! Location was right near a rocky cove down to a beautiful sandy beach which we went to each day. Splash area was great. Animation team not really very good for my age group children (6,8,10) but we spent most of our time doing our own thing anyway. Bookable restaurants not worth it in my opinion but the sushi restaurant did suggest my kids go back and forward to get food from the main restaurant which was nice.

“All good but; activities for 13-15 year olds please!”
This hotel is one of the best all inclusive hotels that I have stayed in. So much so that we have booked to come again in April! However, the only thing I would ask the hotel to kindly consider is that they allow 13+years to take part in the 16+ activities (even if they take part with an adult)… it… lisää
This hotel is one of the best all inclusive hotels that I have stayed in. So much so that we have booked to come again in April! However, the only thing I would ask the hotel to kindly consider is that they allow 13+years to take part in the 16+ activities (even if they take part with an adult)… it doesn’t really make sense to have teenagers attending activities with 6 year olds. Please consider taking this on board as it would certainly make a big difference for families staying with older children 😀

My review is based on staying in the last week of October: The Good: - Food was average quality but lots of different options (especially for kids), and changed slightly each day. - Animation team are great and the kids mini disco in the evening was the highlight of our kids stay. - The play park was great and was very safe for our 2 year old and our 6 year old loved it too. - Good selection of drinks and self-service points including beer tap - Snack bar available all afternoon and the ice cream was amazing The Bad: - The longest check in process in the entire world. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30PM on the Jet2 bus with about 7-8 other groups and it took 45 minutes to get checked in. Our 2 year old just wanted to go to bed and it gave the hotel a terrible first impression! - There is no concierge service so why give me beach towels during the check-in process. I have 2 kids and 3 cases to navigate to my room already without the headache of more cargo! Most hotels operate a card or token system. - The most uncomfortable beds known to man! They are incredibly firm and provided with only a single pillow the thickness of a pancake. I left the hotel so tired at the end of the week that I felt I needed another holiday due to the poor quality of sleep I got. If there was one reason to avoid this hotel this would be it. - The outside pool was absolutely freezing (19°). I stood in it for 1 minute and my feet were numb for the next 10 mins. Therefore it was barely used by anyone. - Whilst a little warmer the indoor pool was also a little cold, and therefore the kids only managed 2 uses before complaining it was too cold and refusing to go in again. They also wanted to use it in the morning but kids are not allowed in until 11 and then at that point they start aqua aerobics which takes up the whole pool. So basically kids can’t use it properly till after 12 which is a stupid design. - Expect to queue for a long time at the buffet restaurants in morning and evening both inside and outside which is not what you want when on holiday - We found mould on a bit of bread in the buffet restaurant - The wrist bands served no real purpose given everyone is all inclusive and were annoying The weather at the end of October was 19°-21° and we had rain on 3 days. Despite taking the expensive hop on/off bus to Villamoura one day and going down to the beach also, there is very little else in the immediate area. Therefore it was not warm and sunny enough to sun bathe and very little else to do other than eat and drink, so found myself bored and counting down the days till the end of the holiday after about 3 days. Therefore would not recommend to come this time of year and would avoid this hotel due to the beds alone.
