My experience was wonderful, the hotel staff and management were outstanding, friendly and very helpful. Our server Keira Valdez went above and beyond here duties to make our vist very pleasant. David the food and beverage director is outstanding and very friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel is about 12min ride from CZM airport and 13$ usd/person taxi ride. About 8$ taxi from downtown area. Hotel service was great. This hotel is about 12min ride from CZM airport and 13$ usd/person taxi ride. About 8$ taxi from downtown area. Hotel service was great. Although an old hotel and somewhat dated, it has everything you would need to feel comfortable. Clean rooms and hotel. Huge pool, several restaurants, small gym, multiple bar areas, performance stage for nightly entertainment events, outdoor sound system, decent food at buffet area, scuba service on location, tour services on location and a few other amenities. As for the rooms the 2 drawbacks would be the bathroom with the small oddly inconvenient layout and the hard pillows/bed. For the price it worth a stay

“Great first time in Mexico!”

Food was great, good shows, fun adventures to book and a really engaging and friendly staff, shoutout to Diego!! Slightly spotty Wi-Fi, but I liked being a little unplugged. Great resort for divers, and there are sandy beaches nearby close to vibrant San Miguel. Loved it!!

This is certainly not a four-star resort. The hotel itself is quite dated, although fine. Beds were comfortable, but the rooms have not really been touched in many years. It would have been completely acceptable, but the food was pretty awful. We’ve been to all-inclusives before and been very happy with the food, but that was not the case this time. They had a very nice New Year’s Eve dinner, but that was the only one of our meals that was any good. The only saving grace was that in the morning you can get eggs made to order, but everything else was just mediocre. We ended up going out to dinner a few nights because we just didn’t want the dinners that were offered at the resort. The great thing about this is that it is just across the the dive shop and the pier to get on the boat go do your dives. If there was an option that didn’t include the food, the whole experience would’ve been great.
