I would love saying that I truly love this resort, to me Playa Costa Verde is one of the kind. I honestly prefer to do a lot of activities instead than just sitting on the chairs and do nothing, to me Hector specifically is the best, best volleyball player and the first in a lot of sports. I really spend my days really happy with the Entertainment staff, specially the shows at night. . I'll be back here as soon as I can.

“Amazing week, amazing resort!”

Me and two of my friends decided to book a last minute trip to this resort last minute. We travelled from Montreal and stayed from October 6-13 and while we knew it's still currently 'Hurricane Season', we had beautiful weather for the whole week. 30 minutes of rain on one afternoon and then it was sunny again. The food was GREAT. I went there with realistic expectations given that the situation in Cuba has been very difficult but I was pleasantly surprised by the different choices. I haven't struggled even ONCE to find something to eat and ate A LOT! The employees are AMAZING and always right there to serve and help you anytime you need. From the buffet employees to the lobby employees. Day and night. The entertainment was great every day, the shows were amazing every night. Very talented dancers and musicians. We also got the chance to meet some amazing people and make new friends during our stay. The pools are beautiful and the employees from the pool bar are among the best! The BEACH!? What can i say, one of the most beautiful beaches that you will see in your life. 100% guaranteed. Overall, an AMAZING WEEK and amazing experience. I am sad that it's already over, but grateful that I got the chance to stay in this hotel and meet so many wonderful people. I will definitely be back!!! I do have to make a special mention for 2 people in particular: 1. RAFAEL from the entertainment team. Not only he's an amazing entertainer but also the reason why we had such an amazing time in this resort. He works super hard EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. to make sure that everyone has a great time and he's the BIGGEST reason why we had such a great experience at this hotel. Day and night. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to meet him and talk with him on a daily basis during our stay. He's also one of the main reasons why I will definitely visit again in the near future. Seriously, no matter how much I write about this person I will always fall short. I hope you also get the chance to meet him and see what I'm saying by yourself. GRACIAS RAFAEL!!! 2. EMILIO. He works at the hotel but is also an incredible musician and human being. I got the privilege to talk to him and also see him perform at the piano in the lobby 3 times during our stay and it was always such a beautiful, relaxing moment. Also, as a pianist and composer myself, he allowed me to play the piano multiple times for the people in the lobby and I am grateful for that too. I could go on and on and on about things i loved from this resort but for now, I'll leave it here until my next visit which i'm very much looking forward to. Cubans are going through so much.... and despite that, they are always smiling and willing to help you have the best time. Always keep that in mind! Hasta pronto Hotel Playa Costa Verde!
