The most beautiful place! It was in a not too busy area, nice walking trail nearby, beautiful grounds and rooms. Staff were excellent. So friendly and welcoming. The most beautiful place! It was in a not too busy area, nice walking trail nearby, beautiful grounds and rooms. Staff were excellent. So friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was incredible with breathtaking views. Katarina (Madusa) was full of joy and energy and made us feel so welcomed. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. It’s a 10 minute walk to Oia and there’s a bus in the front to take to Fira. Sunsets from the hotel balconies! Truly heaven on earth. Will definitely be back! It’s a remarkable and special place.

“Spectacular views, luxurious pools, close to Oia but away from tourist madness”

Spectacular views from this nice location ~10 mins walk from Oia. Close enough to enjoy unreal sunsets and caldera views, but with much more privacy and respite from the massive overcrowding in Oia. “A great place to stay”

We had a lovely 7 day holiday at the hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. Enjoyed the range of food for breakfast with stunning views over the caldera. A great place to stay. Walk up to the little church on the hill above the hotel for great sunset views. Special mention to the hotel manager, a kind, friendly guy who provides the warmest welcome we have ever experienced on holiday.

“Beautiful Caldera views from this property but don’t think we’ll be back”

We spent three nights at this property last week. Although we loved its location (just outside the Oia village) and the Caldera views are exceptional at this property, we were disappointed in a few things including the uncomfortable, hard mattress in our room, possible mold behind bathroom sink and… lisää

We spent three nights at this property last week. Although we loved its location (just outside the Oia village) and the Caldera views are exceptional at this property, we were disappointed in a few things including the uncomfortable, hard mattress in our room, possible mold behind bathroom sink and the noise from the dining area that woke us up early every morning (they can’t really fix this issue so I recommend avoiding rooms underneath the dining and bar area). We were also surprised by the discourteous younger female server at breakfast. She was not friendly, rather dismissive in nature and forgot about our food order one of the mornings. On the positive side, the manager at the property was very welcoming and friendly and gave us complimentary Prosecco and espresso at check in. We also thought barista and server Katherine was very nice.
