“Beautiful sanctuary with stunning views and warm hospitality”

My husband, Don, and I stayed three nights at the Hotel Delfini in June 2023. The hotel was booked for us by our travel agent, and we couldn't have been more delighted. The setting is magnificent - I was genuinely blown away by the view. A big part of the charm of Sifnos - and our reason for visiting - is that it's a relatively smaller and less touristed island. The hotel reflected this intimacy, and ability to get 'closer' to the big views. I couldn't get enough of our stunning view. Hard to believe we were really there :-) Our accommodation was perfect - I hadn't realised it was an apartment. So spacious and comfortable. We both wished we could have stayed longer. Although it's only about a 20 minute scenic stroll into town, we were able to obtain a lift in from the very kind and friendly staff. It was also super-convenient to have both a restaurant open late as part of the hotel, and another taverna and infinity pool immediately adjacent to it. (The deal at the latter was that you only needed to buy a drink in order to use the pool) The hotel also offers some apartments with private spas. We used the communal spa right outside our apartment; never saw anyone else in it, so it was perfect. Most of all, I'd like to thank the charming Pepi and her son, Theo, for their warm hospitality. I'm especially grateful to them for posting my travel bag back to me. I only realised it was missing when we reached our next island, and immediately phoned Theo. He kindly assured me everything was secure, and agreed to post the bag back to me. It arrived safe and sound. Ευχαριστω πολι, Πεπι! We hope to see you again one day soon. Pepi also arranged a wonderful half-day tour of Sifnos for us with Christine's 'Sifnos Experience'. Christine is a fabulous tour guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. We hadn't wanted to hire a car, so she picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel; it couldn't have been easier.

“Loved the Delfini Hotel”
Loved the family run Delfini Hotel. Great communication with Pepe. Free pickup at port, breakfast included, great views. Directly across from the port. Great large rooms. “Best food and great place to stay”
Delfini was a pleasant surprise. The best food on the island. We were warmly greeted and taken care of like we were family. It was so peaceful and quiet . We would stay there again. Breakfast or dinner was fantastic. There also was hiking trails right off of the property. Spectacular views.

“Total relaxation ”
Absolutely relaxing stay. The staff were awesome and attentive, the food was delicious, and the room was comfortable with picturesque views of Sifnos. My son forgot his headphones in his bed, which we only discovered after we had checked out, and the hotel mailed them to us at our hotel Athens. … lisää
Absolutely relaxing stay. The staff were awesome and attentive, the food was delicious, and the room was comfortable with picturesque views of Sifnos. My son forgot his headphones in his bed, which we only discovered after we had checked out, and the hotel mailed them to us at our hotel Athens. That is just above and beyond expectations, and we really appreciated the assistance. Definitely want to go back and my kids want to see all the cats again. There's a trail to the northwest of the hotel leading to a small church, and a herd of goats uses it at night. You'll hear their bells and bleating, which adds to the experience.

“Lovely seaviews”
We had a lovely time at Delfini, the staff are very helpful, the restaurant is good and the rooms comfortable. There is access to the sea directly from the hotel and it was a great pleasure to sit on the lovely terrace overlooking the sea for breakfast.
