Lovely hotel. Really nice staff. We booked a sea view room and it was worth the extra. The rooms are clean and well serviced - the breakfast is lovely and varied. Lovely hotel. Really nice staff. We booked a sea view room and it was worth the extra. The rooms are clean and well serviced - the breakfast is lovely and varied. We were here for a week and it was perfect. Only downside is that it is a little tired around the pool area and the beaches nearby are not great. However beautiful beach at Potamos a short taxi ride away. Taxis a little pricy but car hire not too expensive so would recommend a car for a few days will save money on the €40 return taxi trip!

Stayed in room 357, the room opened right onto the outside dining area with tables too close to the room, which was also next to a loud generator. The cleaning wasn't the best. Both pool areas small but not overly busy. It's best to go B&B as there are plenty of dining options on the harbour. The … lisää

Both pool areas small but not overly busy. It's best to go B&B as there are plenty of dining options on the harbour. The breakfast options were plentiful & nice. Staff were nice (as were the other hotel guests !)

We arrived at this hotel late on the evening of the 15th September. We had booked a twin deluxe room with a garden/land view. We arrived at this hotel late on the evening of the 15th September. We had booked a twin deluxe room with a garden/land view. We were taken to what I can only describe as a basic at best room with a double bed. I immediately complained to the guy who took us to the room and then to the man who was on reception. We were told to go back to reception in the morning and we would be moved as the hotel was not full. We went back in the morning and was told that the hotel was full but they could put 2 single beds in the room. I said that wouldn't alter the fact that we were in a very basic room. I was told to return to the reception in about a hour and they would see what could be done. I rang Jet2 back in the UK and she said she would speak to the hotel. We were shown another room on the top floor of the hotel which I think was a fourth floor with no lift . I said that wasn't suitable so the guy spoke to someone on the internal phone and by time we got downstairs another man came with a key to show us another room. So there were other rooms available after being told that morning that the hotel was full. The room was OK but far from deluxe we excepted it because I felt we had lost part of the first day sorting out the room. The staff on the whole at this hotel work very hard and seem.to be permanently there. The problems we encountered seemed to be quite common at this hotel. I would not return there.

“Nice but spoilt by location”

Well… the photo of the pool with dolphin is not this hotel!! Having spent a week here, here are the positives: Nice comfortable room “deluxe room with sea view”, good location for central Sissi and right overlooking the seafront, great bed and shower and nice garden paths with banana plants. Well… the photo of the pool with dolphin is not this hotel!! Having spent a week here, here are the positives: Nice comfortable room “deluxe room with sea view”, good location for central Sissi and right overlooking the seafront, great bed and shower and nice garden paths with banana plants. Balcony in shade all day but great view of sunrise and sunset. The negatives: The location bang next to the awful “Jolly Roger” rock venue banging out live rock til late, meaning peaceful evenings in the balcony are impossible. Even the pirate flag ruins the view and photos. Next, we only ate breakfast here, but a dreadful buffet consisting of tinned fruit (no watermelon!), donuts, overcooked English breakfast items, salad or sweet pies. Lots of bread! Not Greek at all. After the first 2 days we went out for coffee and a spinach pie in town. I would not stay here again, though the staff were nice and the position in front of sea was perfect.
