“Truly magical place”

This was our 1st time staying at the Panorma and what a blast it was from start to finish. This was our 1st time staying at the Panorma and what a blast it was from start to finish. We were picked up from the airport by the owner Dennis, then welcomed by his daughter Nikki who checked us in. The room overlooked the swimming pool and you can see across the salt flats with beautiful mountains in the background. The room was clean and tidy with a very comfy bed we both slept so well, the cleaners would come in everyday to service the rooms changing towels/bedding. The pool area is kept tidy and plenty of beds for everyone. The location is perfect just a short walk through the salt flats to the beach, bars and restaurants which all serve amazing food. The beach is wonderful we used the beds at Mobey Dicks and the food there is really good value and big portions. They put on a Greek night for €20 per person is such great value and a serious must for all guest, it’s a great experience of Greek music and dancing and everyone joins in. We really enjoyed having a drink in the bar every evening chatting to the owner Mavra whom is so accommodating and does everything to make sure her guest are happy and we definitely had lots of laughs with her and the other guests. We made friends with other guest who were so friendly and gave us useful advice as they return year after year, it’s a home from home. We can’t wait to return next year it truly is a magical place.

“Good stay just dirty water from taps”

Stayed here for 7 nights arriving here late on the Monday evening. Greeted with a smile but seemed to go straight into you pay 10 euros 50 for tax. No mention of anything else. Stayed here for 7 nights arriving here late on the Monday evening. Greeted with a smile but seemed to go straight into you pay 10 euros 50 for tax. No mention of anything else. I asked about room safe after paying which I think was 20 euros for the week. We were then shown up to the room (7) by Dave which was basic but nice and also spacious. View of pool , salt flats and partial sea view. The rooms were cleaned everyday and it seemed clean all over. The only problem we had was the discolouration of the water for bathing in. I was told it was the same colour water the managers father bathed in but hey I don’t want to bath in dirty water. It was still the same colour when we left although they did try with new filters which for a short time made it slightly better and offered a room change to a family room facing the bottom of the stairs on our 4 th day there. We also went out and came back to a new fridge and shower curtain in our room. ( they were in need of a change) but Thankyou as it wasn’t expected. They seemed to try . The only other thing I thought they may consider was to bring in sunbed toppers when it rained as they were left soaking with guests using plastic bags to sit on under towels or trying to dry them in the sun. All in all though we enjoyed our stay at the Panorama and would recommend it but we always like to try somewhere different wherever we go on our next holiday.
