“Amazing property.”
We found this property to be in a great location, followed by excellent all-around staff. Check-in was very professional and comfortable. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff on the rooftop restaurant, and pool were amazing. The rooftop restaurant and staff a 10 on 10.

“Nice hotel”
Super clean, big plenty off light room, shower amazing pressure and good temperature, nice air conditioning, pet friendly but will charge for pet even if certified as support animal, enclosed guarded car garage, excellent service, safe neighborhood, and delicious beautiful view breakfast at the ter… lisää

“Buenísimo para grupos.”
Great! We had fun. Kids and adults. Pool is well kept, is a very nice place to relax. A little bit overprice. The place is located in Cabecera, a great neighborhood to walk around. Nearby you find grocery shopping places, boutiques, and more great restaurants, and parks.

“The best value of any hotel I've stayed in”
I've travelled through many cities in Colombia over 35 years. This is a truly wonderful, five star hotel. I've travelled through many cities in Colombia over 35 years. This is a truly wonderful, five star hotel. It is the best value of any hotel I've ever stayed in, about $75US a night for five star accommodations and services. Room is big, bright, comfortable, with great air conditioning and great wife. Food is wonderful. Service could not be better. What a fabulous and comfortable place. Superb staff!

“First and Last.”
Reserved a room here with Booking.com. Found out at check-out that the "Total Price" that Booking.com quoted did not include taxes. Hmm....what does total mean? Other than that, the hotel itself doesn't normally provide wash cloths. We were lucky that our maid was able to find a couple. If you want… lisää
Reserved a room here with Booking.com. Found out at check-out that the "Total Price" that Booking.com quoted did not include taxes. Hmm....what does total mean? Other than that, the hotel itself doesn't normally provide wash cloths. We were lucky that our maid was able to find a couple. If you want a towel for the pool and the towel girl is busy giving a massage, you will have to track down a restaurant employee at the rooftop bar who will then find a towel for you. The fabric from one of the umbrellas over the poolside tables had partially blown off and remained like that exposing the metal ribs. It's a wonder that the wind did not lift it off completely and deposit it on the street 12 stories below. This condition remained like this for the remainder of our stay. All things considered, it is an older 3.5 star hotel. I would look for another place to stay if in the area again.
