“Exceptional hotel”
Exceptional hotel, had an accident while I was there, (not on the premises) and we were looked after so well by manager and staff. Our rooms were changed to facilitate my injury, taxis to and from the hospital, everything taken care of. The food was fresh and good quality, facilities amazing, 6 poo… lisää
Exceptional hotel, had an accident while I was there, (not on the premises) and we were looked after so well by manager and staff. Our rooms were changed to facilitate my injury, taxis to and from the hospital, everything taken care of. The food was fresh and good quality, facilities amazing, 6 pools and all thermal so even though it's May they were warm to swim in. Definitely going back next year.

“Lovely hotel with a superb view”
This is a lovely hotel very close to Lacco Ameno, with a choice of thermal and sea water pools. The hotel also has a Spa. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, with an excellent GM, Camillo. Had a wonderful relaxing time.

“Beautiful view”
I picked this island and area because it was smaller and catered to more locals (Italian tourists), and it was a fantastic choice. Hotel overlooks the town, beautiful view. Pools were great, not too busy, always plenty of chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are smaller than hotels in… lisää

Pools were great, not too busy, always plenty of chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are smaller than hotels in North America, but who cares I'm not there to hang out in room and it was clean, nice big shower and my twin bed was comfortable. Main dining room was pricey but bar offered choices for lunch and snacks.
