“We would stay here again”
We had some problems not relating to the hotel and the staff went out of their way to help us. Cordial and helpful staff. Nice and classical 4 star hotel. “old charm”
Old charm hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, typical italian breakfast (in other words: don't expect too much), very good position between old and new town. Disadvantage: parking can be a serious problem.

“Nice location”
My family and I recently travelled to Cosenza for a wedding. We stayed at the excelsior for a week. Although the hotel is a little dated and could do with a little upgrade, we found the front desk and the breakfast personal very polite and helpful.
