“Relaxing holiday”
We spent wonderful 2 weeks in September at Hotel Pineta Petto Bianco. Very relaxed environment. Kind and calm staff and pleasant people on vacation. We spent wonderful 2 weeks in September at Hotel Pineta Petto Bianco. Very relaxed environment. Kind and calm staff and pleasant people on vacation. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind, they speak many languages. Cleaners are excellent and do a very good job. A wonderful and delicious meal. The hotel territory is large and green, the rooms are spacious and cozy. Pool is large and clean, the water is warm. Hotel has its own beach with free beach chairs and umbrellas. We especially liked the fact that there are not too many tourists in the resort. The beach was nice and the water was clean. The beach restaurant had delicious food and refreshing drinks. There is a well-selected shop in the village, where you can find gifts and delicious local delicacies. We would love to go back to this hotel someday. We send warm greetings to the hotel family!

“Wonderful stay”
Recently returned home from a wonderful stay in this lovely little resort. We were the only English guests (predominantly German) and only one employee spoke good English, but this did not affect our stay. Recently returned home from a wonderful stay in this lovely little resort. We were the only English guests (predominantly German) and only one employee spoke good English, but this did not affect our stay. The waiters were incredibly cheerful and polite, and the kitchen provided tasty fresh food, and a wonderful gluten-free menu for me. The pool was clean and quiet, the beach was well kept, with crystal clear water, and there were lots of things to see and do in the area. We hired a car from Lamezia Terme airport, and I believe this gave us the best option for seeing Calabria. Tropea was stunning, and Pizzo was well worth a visit, but for the best views, go to the top of Capo Vaticano at sunset, and visit groticelli beach on a sunny day. We will return, and hopefully take a boat trip out to the Aolian isles and watch the volcano erupting! All in all, a lovely unspoilt, non commercialised place, with lovely people, especially Michele on reception and the waiters Francesco and Antonio! One word of warning, is the area is fairly steep in places, so may not suit people with mobility issues (I struggled at times!).
