A perfect place to relax and unwind As a single traveller it’s often daunting to arrive in a new place but I have had the warmest of welcomes at the Fergus It’s my first all inclusive. Booked for convenience and because the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill and wanted to be able to grab lunches etc without a long walk. Really pleasantly impressed by quality of food despite it being buffet style. And staff, especially Daniel have looked after me so well. 2 good pools and no fight for loungers. For some winter sun it ticks all the boxes

i spent a really nice holidays in this Hotel,It was amazing, The food was awesome, variety each day .the staff is really good,and so friendly .Hillary the guest experience manager is the best,she is always being so nice with everyone. o recommend this hotel and i will come back soon

“Worth a read before you book!”

The hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill so not suitable for anybody with walking problems. At the lower pool unfortunately the music which was played did not suit the mainly over 60's clientele as it was booming base music. The hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill so not suitable for anybody with walking problems. At the lower pool unfortunately the music which was played did not suit the mainly over 60's clientele as it was booming base music. No kettle supplied in room so requested one and needed to pay a deposit of €20. Older man on reception explained this would be refunded at end of holiday but this was not the case. Long queues in dining room near hot food counter. Unfortunately a very very large party (Vitus) holidaymakers were at the hotel the same time as us and the majority of the tables were reserved for them. We struggled to find a table for 2. Would not chose to go back to hotel again due to above issues.

Stayed here 2024 was expecting the same experience.How wrong we were booked same room type as previous Room not 4* quality no access to roof terrace as previous FOOD NOT COOKED MEAT RAW ON INSIDE Resulting in being ill Shift Manager not interested Would avoid staying here Not enough Sun loungers for guests lots of school teenagers which were getting reserved seating in restaurant.Resulting in terrible overall holiday.
