“Incredible Experience”
Our experience in Meliá Jardines Del Teide was just fantastic. In such an incredible place, the personnel was incredible and very attentive. Especially Angelíca. The Mosaíco restaurant hostess. Thank you so much for all your attention. We are just looking forward to our next time here.

“Christmas stay”
Booked a junior suite, ocean view with the level for a stay over Xmas. Have to say from the moment the very charming Felipe took our bags from us at the hotel til the moment we left our experience was fantastic. Service - fantastic. Booked a junior suite, ocean view with the level for a stay over Xmas. Have to say from the moment the very charming Felipe took our bags from us at the hotel til the moment we left our experience was fantastic. Service - fantastic. Hotel staff can’t do enough to help, anywhere! The bars, round the pools, the buffet staff, cleaners, everyone. Only poor experience was dinner in Cosa Nostra. Seemed a little chaotic. Food - fantastic. From breakfast at the level, dinner at the buffet, dinner at Pico Negros, all the food was fresh, tasty and plentiful! Rooms - just amazing. Junior suite with a huge balcony and incredible view. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable Pool - we only used the level pool but the staff were so attentive finding beds, fetching drinks, sorting towels Bars - great selection of drinks , great service. The balcony / patio at Retama bar is an unbelievable place to sit with a drink at any time of day! What a view!! All in all one of the best hotels my wife and I have experienced. We will be back!!!

“Great Christmas at a lovely hotel.”
The hotel is stunning, the food is excellent, we went all inclusive and with the exception of a few premium drinks we got everything we could want. We had a junior suite on the 8th floor, the view was stunning the room was lovely but the cleaning could have been better. The staff in the hotel, esp… lisää
The hotel is stunning, the food is excellent, we went all inclusive and with the exception of a few premium drinks we got everything we could want. We had a junior suite on the 8th floor, the view was stunning the room was lovely but the cleaning could have been better. The staff in the hotel, especially in the restaurant were lovely, my daughter has a disability and they always made sure she was seated appropriately, to allow her the easiest access to all the stations. We had dinner in the Italian restaurant one night, we weren’t too impressed with either the food nor the service. There didn’t seem to be enough staff. We had dinner on Christmas Day in Pico Negro at a cost of an extra 90 euros each The food was very good as was the service. All in all we had a great stay and we would definitely go back.

While we were at the hotel, we must comment on how exceptional the service was from Angelica, she looked after us in the restaurant morning and night, always welcomed us with a sweet smile and worked real hard to make sure everything was just right for us. While we were at the hotel, we must comment on how exceptional the service was from Angelica, she looked after us in the restaurant morning and night, always welcomed us with a sweet smile and worked real hard to make sure everything was just right for us. She kindly arranged our New Years Eve party table within the hotel and was great fun to celebrate the beginning of 2025. Hope to be back to see you soon Angelica ❤️
