“brilliant holiday resort”

This was our first time staying here, we normally stay in Son Bou but we fancied a change and we have visited the water park here on previous holidays. This was our first time staying here, we normally stay in Son Bou but we fancied a change and we have visited the water park here on previous holidays. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and happy to help out. We are a large family of 11. The food was lovely, something different everyday and there is a good selection of food for fussy eaters. there was a queue most meal times but these went down quite quickly and we always managed to get a large table, and if you were still hungry between ,meals there was snack times too where you could have toasties, burgers or chips. You could get four drinks at a time per person which saved frequent trips to the bar. The water park is included in the stay and its a great day to spend with the family going on water slides and the lazy river, the drinks are included at the splash park too. The animation team were amazing, they were always busy with activities and there was never a dull moment, there was plenty of activities and entertainment for children and adults. There is a free bus every hour down to the beach where there are a few shops and a few restaurants to eat out. There is also a bus stop outside of the hotel where you can catch a bus to Mahon and surrounding areas. The only downside to this hotel is its a bit out of nowhere but there is so much there you don't need to go far but the buses are easy to catch.

“Apart from the wasps, loved it!”

Considering it was end of season when we stayed (literally closing the day we departed), I cannot say I felt the quality or enthusiasm was any less. The food was delicious and so varied every day, although more maintenance to keep the flies away would be nice (maybe some dish covers?). The staff we… lisää

Considering it was end of season when we stayed (literally closing the day we departed), I cannot say I felt the quality or enthusiasm was any less. The food was delicious and so varied every day, although more maintenance to keep the flies away would be nice (maybe some dish covers?). The staff were so friendly and kind to my 6yo. The animation team were funny and just what you would want. The experience was marred by the overwhelming presence of wasps during the day which congregate around the bins. The bins themselves I really applaud for trying to be environmentally friendly, however they need staggering out and maintaining more often, as we were constantly fighting the wasps off around the pool/outside dining. The water park was fab, however be aware to bring beach shoes as the floor was really rough and painful to walk on. Overall, was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would love to return if they sort the wasp issue out!

The water park is great for kids it’s just across the road so you can have the best of both being able to go between the two. The water park is great for kids it’s just across the road so you can have the best of both being able to go between the two. The showers in the bathroom is very small we were ok but if you are slightly larger you may have a problem getting in it, the beds are rock hard lots of people mentioned the beds when we were there so it wasn’t just our room. The hotel was spotless the rooms cleaned everyday if you wanted, the whole hotel was so clean and the standard never dropped even though it was the last week of the season. If you like a quiet evening don’t have a pool view room as they look out onto the entertainment so it’s loud till 11pm. There is a small gym which was nice with a cable machine, few weights, treadmill and bike.There is a massive wasp problem which was quite annoying during the day I really don’t know how the staff at the bar managed. The food was average typical all inclusive food, we always found something but Iv had better at other hotels, the ques were unnecessary people could have just queued for the bits the wanted it would have made it quicker. The animation team were absolutely amazing especially Havi my teenagers had a great time and joined in with all the games. All the staff were lovely and you could tell how much they all loved working there.
