“Fabulous Staff especially in an emergency”
Visited this Hotel in mid October as my sister had always wanted to stay here. We had a lovely room overlooking the beach. Room was spotless. Unfortunately on day two, early in the morning, my sister collapsed. The male night receptionist was quick to respond and called an ambulance. At that time a… lisää
Visited this Hotel in mid October as my sister had always wanted to stay here. We had a lovely room overlooking the beach. Room was spotless. Unfortunately on day two, early in the morning, my sister collapsed. The male night receptionist was quick to respond and called an ambulance. At that time all her observations were normal so the ambulance crew left her in our room. She steadily got worse and a few hours later the Manager, Andreu Moll, was alerted. He took charge of the situation and recontacted the ambulance. Many of the staff speak good English including Mr Moll. He was able to tell them how urgent the situation was, and when they arrived he translated questions and answers. My sister was rushed to hospital with a burst stomach ulcer and ended up in Intensive Care. Luckily due to his quick actions she recovered in time to get the return flight home. Nothing was too much trouble for Mr Moll and his staff. All of them were so helpful and lovely. I can't thank them enough. Fabulous staff in an emergency.

“Fantastic views!”
Fantastic hotel with amazing views over the beautiful bay! Definitely worth upgrading to a sea view! Nice room, huge walk in shower and nice toiletries and towels. Clean throughout but hallway carpets seen better days. Nice comfortable reception area. Pool lovely. Breakfast good, plenty of choice a… lisää
Fantastic hotel with amazing views over the beautiful bay! Definitely worth upgrading to a sea view! Nice room, huge walk in shower and nice toiletries and towels. Clean throughout but hallway carpets seen better days. Nice comfortable reception area. Pool lovely. Breakfast good, plenty of choice and pleasant staff. Kettle hire €1.50 euros a day worth it. Close to all bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

“We will return!”
Just arrived back home from a wonderful 7 day trip. We normally go adults only, but took a gamble that there wouldn’t be kids here, and I would say that most of the guests were mature couples, which seems to suit this hotel. Just arrived back home from a wonderful 7 day trip. We normally go adults only, but took a gamble that there wouldn’t be kids here, and I would say that most of the guests were mature couples, which seems to suit this hotel. Unfortunately my husband fell down the hotel steps leading to the blue bar, early morning condensation had made them very slippy. The manager made a point of coming to ensure he was okay. The staff here are fantastic, Rafe and Isabel, just a couple that stood out, but all seem happy to help. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired around the edges, and could do with a bit of an upgrade, but more than adequate. There were no early morning dashes for sunbeds, and the area is kept very clean. The pool is freezing, but once you get in, it’s fine. I was the mad woman doing her aqua aerobics 3 times a day! The food wasn’t bad, always hot, but just not to our taste. Not sure why they batter vegetables, and I would have preferred more local cuisine. The drinks in the bar, and snacks were quite expensive, and due to it being end of season, there were quite a lot of local bars closing. We did go to Bar Merlin, near the hotel, which was great for snacks etc. We didn’t venture far, due to accident, but local bus and taxis can take you around the island easily. All in all we loved it here and will be back!

“Hotel Azul”
When we arrived we had a great welcoming from the manager and staff. We met some lovely people . Called Hannah and Phoebe had a laugh and enjoyed there company. When we arrived we had a great welcoming from the manager and staff. We met some lovely people . Called Hannah and Phoebe had a laugh and enjoyed there company. And we met Jo and Gem they were both good company and they took us to the beach for the day and we had a great time . The hotel azul was brilliant the food was great and the restaurant staff was extremely friendly and friendly helpful. The lovely ladies who cleaned our room were very polite friendly . Receptionist were always polite and respectful to us. The Manager was always very polite and friendly and and helpful if you needed anything at all . And my Wife and I want to Thank the Manager and all the staff Going back next year Terry & Sue

“Actually decent good price”
Beautiful hotel, food was great, view from the rooms wow! Pretty close to the beach, biggest establishment in Cala Porter, great evenings with various singers. Staff is very nice they all work hard. We were on 2 floor but heard some people upstairs where having problems with no hot water in the sho… lisää
