“Wonderful holidays”

We stayed for a week in this resort in big room with sea view. Rooms were cleaned every day, beds were comfortable. Nice pool Ilevant, where you can enjoy drinks, icecream and have dinner too. We stayed for a week in this resort in big room with sea view. Rooms were cleaned every day, beds were comfortable. Nice pool Ilevant, where you can enjoy drinks, icecream and have dinner too. Beach is close to the pool. Beautiful beach!! It was raining one day of our stay and so we went to the spa. We enjoyed hamam, sauna and warm swimming pool here. Food was very good and we enjoyed seafood all week . Only thing that my children lacked here it was slides :-). Staff were friendly and were doing everything that tourists were happy. “Hotel 3 star…. Entertainment 5 star”

This hotel is not 5 star, I do however understand how difficult it is for businesses during covid times. Food was good but very repetitive. We enjoyed the short walk into Portopetro and experienced some delicious cuisine. However the entertainment team made this hotel a 5 star. The water sports team were amazing and enthusiastic. A massive Thankyou to Carlos and Ara for taking such good care of us all, my children absolutely loved everything you arranged and considering the age difference you succeeded in keeping them entertained and happy…. Thankyou Carlos for being so passionate about your job and Thankyou your hard work.

“Wonderful panorama and nice atmosphere”

In August, I, my wife and our 6 years daughter, stayed for two weeks in this resort, which was a pretty good experience. We stayed in a superior suite with sea view which was large enough with 2 bathrooms and a generous terrace with sunbeds. Still, the furniture was pretty worn out and with a very minimalist style. Impressive landscape all around the resort (one of the best places we have ever seen). Nice and well maintained vegetation, but the swimming pools were not large enough for the capacity of the resort, at some hours being very crowded. The so called beach was very small, with public access and a lot of rocks in the water. Main restaurant, Ran de Mar, the only open for all inclusive guests, not bad food but not very varied, mostly at lunch when they provided almost the same food every day . Only one thematic evening during our stay, with tasty, even exquisite sea food. The design of the restaurant very minimalist, looking like a canteen. Entertainment team very good, they work a lot, they are very good for their job, they have a lot of positive energy, they were marvelous, one of the best we’ve seen in seaside resorts, but not enough. Not enough evening fun and good atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice experience but if you are looking for high 5 stars standards, very good food and nice sandy beach this is NOT the good place for you. If you are looking for nice atmosphere, nice people, wonderful surroundings, this is the perfect place for you.

This hotel is not 5 stars, maybe it was 10 years ago. We booked to stay for a week all inclusive. It was nice but its a very family oriented hotel. We saw on the website there was 5 restaurants however when we arrived there was only 1 buffet restaurant open that served the same food everyday, it was very boring. Staff were amazing and so friendly even though this hotel is closing down. Needs a good renovation and for the $$$ they charge, they should be going above and beyond. This is a 3/4 star at best. Would go again but would pay half of what i did
