Thanks for the people in the restaurants, in the kitchen, at the reception, in the gym, at the pool bar, at the pool and also behind the scenes! Nice service! Great job! “Family stay”
The hotel is nice. Beachfront with a great pool. Kids club is awesome and Lucia is really great with the kids. The entire kids club staff is awesome and we love our monkey tattoos. Breakfast is very good with wide selection. Livcation is quiet but 10 mins walk and your back in the life area.

“More like a 3.5 Star, definitely not a 5 Star”
Definitely not a 5 star hotel, not even a 4 star, more like a 3.5. The hotel has heaps of potential but sadly is badly in need of an update - wobbly taps, sinks which dont drain properly, scruffy decor, uncomfortable sunbeds with tiny pool towels, etc. There is a charge for beds on the private beac… lisää
Definitely not a 5 star hotel, not even a 4 star, more like a 3.5. The hotel has heaps of potential but sadly is badly in need of an update - wobbly taps, sinks which dont drain properly, scruffy decor, uncomfortable sunbeds with tiny pool towels, etc. There is a charge for beds on the private beach and the 4 poster sunbeds around the pool. Breakfast appears great at first but is of a poor quality - scrambled egg made from powder, dry hard breads, pastries as you would get in a supermarket packet, etc. After a few days you really dont want it any more. Staff are polite but ineffective. Booked 3 people into a suite and no provisions were supplied for the 3rd person (only 2 of everything - chairs on balcony, towels, mugs, glasses, robes, slippers, water, etc). Sofa bed mattress really thin and no bedside table, lamp, waste basket, etc in the room. Requested all these things on the day after arrival and got some of them (but not all) 3 days later, half way through the holiday. All feels a little tatty and in need of some tlc. If it was advertised as a 3 star plus you would at least know what to expect and not be disappointed but this is definitley not a luxury hotel as 5 stars would indicate even by Spanish standards. Have stayed in a 5 star in Soller on the north west of the island and it was in a completely different league.

We love the location it’s just excellent and rare direct access to the beach. Despite this, the hotel has become a little bit outdated and there is a need for refurbishment. We love the location it’s just excellent and rare direct access to the beach. Despite this, the hotel has become a little bit outdated and there is a need for refurbishment. The actual 5 star hotel respective services, rooms food etcetera would rather suit 4 star +. However we have understood the hotel will be completely upgraded next year under the new Hyatt brand.
