It is only a 10 minute cab ride to downtown Palma too. The patio restaurant rivals that of a Ritz Carlton or St. Regis property. We were also greeted and thanked for our business by the property GM.

“Amazing experience 🫶🏻”

I went on the day before my birthday, went with my boyfriend. Luckily ended up in the balcony to experience the amazing breakfast degustation menu with a breathtaking view to the ocean. I went on the day before my birthday, went with my boyfriend. Luckily ended up in the balcony to experience the amazing breakfast degustation menu with a breathtaking view to the ocean. After that enjoyed the rest of the afternoon in the spa where sweet Conchita showed us around and was super helpful. Did a massage with Xander that I can say for sure was the best I’ve ever had, truly recommend it! Thank you to the staff once again.

My wife and I had a fantastic couples massage at the Maricel Spa. Our masseuses, Maran and Xander, were brilliant. We were both super impressed and left feeling very relaxed and tranquil! The oils and aromas in the spa were great Thoroughly recommended…..

Be careful before you book- the hotel has an annex across the street and under an overpass that it insisted that we had agreed to stay in, not part of the main building at all. Be careful before you book- the hotel has an annex across the street and under an overpass that it insisted that we had agreed to stay in, not part of the main building at all. When we protested that we didn't want to be in a separate building and hadn't realized it when we booked and told the manager that we wanted to leave the hotel to find another accommodation, the hotel informed us we would have to pay a one day penalty. While we protested, the hotel was insistent a that we could not leave without wasting the $582 dollars we had paid. Not pleasant.
