Stayed at The Riomar for a week. The staff were so pleasant and helpful from the moment I arrived to leaving. They all gave excellent customer service. My partner and I had a sea view the room was spotlessly clean and the view was stunning. There was such a good choice for breakfast and plenty of it. I don’t normally like lying on the beach but the beds were so comfortable and the area was kept so clean by the staff. I enjoyed days sunbathing on the beach. The Hotel was in such a good location close to many good bars and restaurants. I will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to friends and family. So thank you very much to The Manager and staff.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. Wonderful, friendly & attentive staff. Incredible breakfast. Catered to both gluten free and vegan options. Highly enjoyed our stay. Balcony was large, v spacious. Bed was huge, plush and super comfortable. Highly reccomend staying here. Reception staff were able to call taxis to arrive within minutes. 20 minutes to town/airport, 30 to San Antonio. Really didn’t feel like very long to get about anywhere. Good location for staying in a slightly more chilled, relaxed side of the island. Even enjoyed complimentary morning yoga out near the pool. Would 100% return.

“Perfect”

We could not fault this hotel and if anything I was reluctant to review it in fear of it getting overbooked next year. Fantastic location and lovely attentive staff. Special mention of Nieve in the restaurant and outside bar. Will definitely return.

The Riomar is a gorgeous boutique hotel right on the beach in Santa Eulalia. The Riomar is a gorgeous boutique hotel right on the beach in Santa Eulalia. You are greeted with the most stunning sea view when walking into the hotel and the terrace area is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The rooms are perfectly equipped with robes, slippers coffee machine & a kettle and I would recommend a sea view room for an equally wonderful view as you walk in, also a great location to watch the sunrise. The food and drinks are great, and the location is perfect for wandering out as there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The bar, restaurant and staff on the beach /pool were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. I do have one negative and I don’t recall this being an issue last year, there was a really strong sewage smell on our floor and in our room, the hotel mentioned this was due to recent bad weather, unfortunately the smell remained during our stay. I also asked to change rooms on checkin as along with the smell I had been allocated an accessible room with a wet room which we didn’t want. I was made to feel a little bit like I shouldn’t be asking to change rooms even though I was within my rights having paid a considerable amount of money, luckily after a while the manager stepped in and swiftly changed our room, and smell aside this didn’t impact our stay. It really is a perfect hotel for couples, chilled girly holiday (think cocktails & sunbathing) & I can’t wait to return.
