We spent a 3 night break here for our anniversary, having booked then read some reviews I was a little concerned, but I didn't need to worry. Yes the hotel rooms are a little dated but they are functional, we had a deluxe room with large balcony & our own private sunbeds and whirlpool (room 112), best upgrade I ever did for an additional £34 for the 3 nights, we asked for a late checkout as we weren't leaving till 6.30pm on our last day, this was agreed at no extra charge (possibly because the hotel was closing on Sunday 27th for the season, but still nice) The hotel is very clean, in a great location & only a short walk to the blue flag beach with lots of amenities, the staff are very friendly, any issues are sorted very promptly, nice touch having our luggage taken to our room for us, food & drink a plenty, always found something we liked for breakfast, lunch & dinner, lovely quiet location and I would come back in a heartbeat, thank you Palladium Hotel for a lovely stay, we will return

We called the day we were arriving to upgrade our room to a hot tub with a view, the lady said its fine. When we arrived midnight on the Friday, there was no water in the hot tub. We called the day we were arriving to upgrade our room to a hot tub with a view, the lady said its fine. When we arrived midnight on the Friday, there was no water in the hot tub. We woke up on the Saturday and asked them to fill it in which they did, went out for the day, came back for dinner at 19:30 and the hot tub was cold. Asked them to send someone to fix it, someone came at 21:30pm reset it said give it 15 minutes it will warm up, left it until 22:20 and it was colder than before. Went back down stairs to complain and they said that was the normal temperature. you couldn't even put your foot in there as it was freezing. We asked to speak to a manager there wasn't any on site and asked for a refund in which we were told we have to wait until tomorrow ( Sunday). Upon check out, there was no manager present but spoke to guest services, explained what's happened and asked for a refund for our upgrade which was 180 euros. After her going up to the room and feeling it, she then agreed to refund us. We were looking so forward to the hot tub and to have to chase for it to be fixed and then put up a fight to get a refund wasn't the greatest experience. Also the outside balcony light didn't work, we had to get maintenance to come and fix it, the shower was Luke warm, had to get maintenance to come and fix it. The room smelt like damp and old the entire time, had to leave the door open to get fresh air. Its not worth the money the rooms, as they are plain, nothing special about them. The shower needs a good scrub and needs an air vent too as the smell isn't great. We then on our last day were told that our airport transfer was booked for 18:50 so we sat waiting since 1pm in the hotel. We were waiting where we were told to wait for the shuttle at 18:20 so 30 minutes before arrival. eventually at 19:10 I phoned to asked where our shuttle was and then to be told miss communication, the shuttle was there that you were supposed to get on but was early. they didn't tell us, or ask us , they just left us. So we had to get a taxi to the airport in which yes we got a refund, but it's not a great way to end a holiday and be stressed not being picked up as arranged. The Hotel itself is a great location, the food is amazing, they need to work on there cocktails as its poured from a carton of juice rather than an actual cocktail. We couldn't experience the pool as was too cold the weather, and the hot tub next the pool was freezing so dont think was working.

“Lovely staff but Tired hotel”

Good location, Poor facilities, dated rooms, great staff. Should have had a sea view but was very poor excuse for one. Staff could not help. Hotel pool was freezing. Bedrooms/ bathrooms are tired and in need of some decorating. Smell from sinks and toilets, really noisey un insulated rooms. Great l… lisää

Bedrooms/ bathrooms are tired and in need of some decorating. Smell from sinks and toilets, really noisey un insulated rooms. Great location though, lovely beach and staff superb. Not really a 4 star as the facilities and entertainment are not great. Food and drink ok to claim 4* just. Unfortunatley we will not return.

We stayed at the Palladium for 4 nights, and to be fair after reading other reviews we experienced some of the highs and lows. We arrived early to the hotel and our room was ready. We stayed at the Palladium for 4 nights, and to be fair after reading other reviews we experienced some of the highs and lows. We arrived early to the hotel and our room was ready. The rooms like the hotel are basic but clean. We had to ask again for our jacuzzi to be filled which was actioned. The views of the bay are lovely and we had good weather. The food was basic but fine with something to choose at each meal. We took the water taxi to Ibiza town which was worth a day of exploring and walking. The downside for us was the awful drainage smell in the room and the air conditioning stopped working altogether on night 3 and 4 - it was 20 degrees of an evening so uncomfortable. The area of Cala Llonga is really pretty, clean and a lovely walk up the hillside is safe and accessible for those who are able. We would return to this hotel but it is not a four star in our opinion.
