Fantastic hotel, great location and super friendly staff. Great sized room ideal for couples. We had terrace with loungers and whirlpool, was certainly worth the extra ££. The terrace had amazing views of Puerto Rico. Room was also well equipped with kettle, toaster, hobs etc. Hotel was kept clean and tidy throughout. We had food from the pool bar, which was really tasty, and priced fairly. Would really recommend this hotel if you were staying in Puerto Rico Gran Canaria, could not fault it!

“Perfect adults only hotel”

This is the perfect place for couples & singles! Zero kids, so so chilled! Gorgeous modern rooms (spotless clean) fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, shampoos, hairdryers etc, you need nothing! “Relaxing and Luxurious with a Stunning View”

My fiancee and I stayed here for the last week of June and we loved it. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea and the town below. We spent most of our time on the various sun loungers or bali beds to be found on the fourth floor by the pool. There was never any issue getting a lounger or bed and there is plenty of space to relax. The Bali Beds were our favourite and only a short wander from the pool. The bar is only open from 10 till 5 but the food served from there is great and not expensive at all. There's also a happy hour where drinks are 2 for 1. If you need supplies for your room, there is a small shop in the hotel opposite that is open till 5 and has all your basics. The town is a short walk away but it's a steep walk back. Given that the taxis are plentiful and it's only €4.25 per trip, I'd advise taxis there and back. Reception will kindly call one to pick you up outside if you ask. The views from the poolside are beautiful and it had the sun all day. Honestly we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We were both able to relax completely and spend our days reading, sunning ourselves with occasional dips in the pool to cool down. We were gutted to leave at the end and if we get a chance we would definitely stay there again.

My first experience of a Servatur accommodation and I will definitely be booking again. Went with my teenage son who really appreciated the Netflix channel ! Room, pool area and entire building was spotless and staff were friendly. Room has everything you need . No noise from busy Puerto Rico nightlife with the balcony doors shut and the most comfortable beds with lovely linen and pillows for a great nights sleep. My only criticism is that I packed a hairdryer and beach towels as weren’t on the itinerary and they were provided so don’t pack . 😜 I’m often disappointed by accommodation when I travel and don’t usually book 3 star, but as all the reviews I read before travelling stated , this is great affordable accommodation with excellent friendly staff and I would rate higher than its 3 stars . Didn’t use pool as I am a beach person, but son did and he said it was lovely and quiet and I only saw beach towels out once on a couple of the sun beds which all looked so comfortable , with plenty of space. Pool is small , so not for swimmers , but perfect for a dip in the heat. Would highly reccomend for a stay in Puerto Rico, perfect location away from the the busier centre and only 5-10 minute walk to the lovely beach area with nicer restaurants and facilities. Walk back is not for the faint hearted, as very steep, but we loved the exercise . There were taxis everywhere and always outside the hotel if needed. Also great little shop in the opposite hotel to grab water, bread and other essentials if needed . Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing . Shout out to the cleaners as the whole place was immaculate .
