We had a really nice week away with no complaints ☺️ Check in was pleasant and quick, the staff were polite and efficient and spoke good English (all of the staff can speak English) Food - There were loads of options for all meal times, we had a different meal every night for the week. Entertainment - hit and miss but we enjoyed what entertainment there was, there were dancers, gymnasts, bingo and a quiz night. There was entertainment every night for kids and a mascot or balloon animals. The quiz night especially was brilliant as he spoke Spanish, French and English but the rest of the nights it was mostly Spanish but what do you expect… we’re in Spain 😅 Rooms & cleaning - the rooms were very clean, modern, spacious and we always had fresh towels, the cleaners came every day from 8-10am. They always knock first. They were polite and would talk with you. OH AND THE PILLOWS WERE INCREDIBLY SOFT! Things to do - the pool was massive, there was an adult area, kids area (which included water slides) and baby pool too. There is an indoor and outdoor bar, there’s also a kids soft play and games section such as pool, air hockey and claw machines. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel, there is a restaurant across from the hotel called WISSLER which is amazing and not too pricey. Across from the beach on the other side there is a row of shops, market stalls and restaurants. If you go towards the end of the strip there’s a restaurant called ‘Casablanca’ which was the cheapest by far, the food was lovely and plenty of places to have ice cream. There were also arcades.

Arrived back from our first family holiday abroad with our 2 year old daughter on Sunday and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Arrived back from our first family holiday abroad with our 2 year old daughter on Sunday and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. My advice is ignore the Karen's in other reviews having a moan! For the price of this hotel and being 3 star it is brilliant. We went all inclusive and found the food nice, different choices every night as well as your typical all inclusive standard foods. Isn't all inclusive all pretty much the same wherever you go? For a three star we found the food better here than in the four star we stayed in last year in Tenerife. Plenty of cocktails included in the all inclusive, beer on tap that you could just go up and get yourself and a lovely ice cream menu which our 2 year old loved. The entertainment is all in Spanish but La Pineda is much more Spanish based so I don't know why this is such a shock to so many in other reviews - You are in Spain!! The kids entertainment was brill didn't get the name of the young lad who was hosting but all the kids adored him and it didn't matter one bit it being in Spanish, songs were catchy and everyone got up and had a dance. After that there were dancers, tribute acts on throughout the week couldn't fault it. We got a lovely pool view, room was very clean and rest of hotel very modern. No rush for sunbeds as pool area doesn't open until 10. La Pineda strip itself is very nice, we ate out a couple of nights to break it up and were impressed by the irish bar down the road. For a young family this hotel was absolutely ideal, I couldn't have picked anywhere better to stay for our first trip. Only downside to our holiday was the weather as it did rain for 3 days out of our 7 night trip but that can't be helped. I would stay here again and can't fault anything in terms of hotel one bit.

We came here with our 2 year old the hotel is in an ideal location only minutes away from the beach and restaurants the la pineda area is lovely and quiet for families but still a lot of options of shops and restaurants. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh bedding and towels, the bar staff could be a bit abrupt and the water of the pool was freezing to the point where my daughters lips turned purple after being in for 10 minutes, the pool area doesnt get much sun until arol 2-3pm so we spent most of our days on the beach as it was a sun trap from the morning and the water was a lot warmer than the pool. For the price you cant go wrong with this hotel the only down fall is the pool area being shaded and cold.

The hotel is clean and pool area and bar and always kept tidy. Food and restaurant is clean but is very repetitive but there plenty of restaurants down by the beach, restaurant is on second floor and lift to access it is very temperamental so there’s a lift in the car park we had found to get to the restaurant as we had accessibility issues with stairs. The pool area is good but the water is very cold. Bar staff are decent younger ones being more friendly than the older ones especially when asking for anything from the all inclusive menu. Rooms are clean and very modern and comfortable, TV don’t have English channels or French or German. The kids entertainment was very poor at night a mini disco which was a man with a Bluetooth speaker and a stage. There is a games room which has pool table air hockey and grabber games, all require money. Hotel is average but for the price is decent.
