“Great place”

Was a Lovely hotel , the food was great , the drink selection was good aswell ,overall it was a really nice stay , only downside to the stay is the super slow lifts from tehe 1980s which causes cues at the busiest times but other than that was a nice little break 🤙🏻

My Wife and I stayed Half Board for 2 nights/3days from 17th - 19th February 2025. A stunning Hotel, immaculately clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. Staff are very friendly and attentive from Reception, Housekeeping, Entertainment/Animation, Bar and Restaurant alike. Breakfast is great, hot, fresh and varied to suite all tastes and people of mixed backgrounds and countries, and equally lots of local goodies too. Evening Food is again fantastic, varied, fresh and tasty. Beautiful Seafood, Meat and Vegetable dishes, lots of local and seasonal dishes, regional favourites, and world foods alike, and of course lavish desserts. Large Bottled Water is Complementary in the rooms and on the table with Half Board, and the staff even went the extra mile by providing us with extra to stay hydrated after my Wife and I caught the Sun a bit with the un-familiar, but beautiful, 21c Temperatures after Coming from 0c back home in County Durham, North East England. Our room was beautiful and so was the sea view. My Wife didn’t venture into the pool but I did, which is large, and pristine, albeit a little ‘fresh,’ however nice one you get used to it. The sea was a pleasant temperature too. Note, there is a spa inside with an indoor pool etc too, but we didn’t try it, but had a look and it looks lovely too. There are plenty facilities for families alike and indoor and outdoor stage/entertainment areas, plus pool tables etc. Location is brilliant, right on the beach, a bus stop outside the hotel and train station a 10/15 minute walk away at La Colina. Lots of lovely Chiringuitos and shops etc nearby too. All in all a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return! Jon and Samantha

Had a lovely peaceful few days at this hotel on half board. Travelled solo and felt very safe here. All staff very polite and professional. Food was good and varied. Free safe. Had a lovely peaceful few days at this hotel on half board. Travelled solo and felt very safe here. All staff very polite and professional. Food was good and varied. Free safe. Lovely quality free toiletries (no conditioner though). Took my own coffee and cup (see previous reviews regarding paper cups) and the barman was happy to give me milk to put in the fridge. The area is quiet but I used the train (very easy and a 10 min walk away) and visited other spots. The Plaza Mayor is one train stop away. Took one star off for the paper cups and the awful coffee at breakfast but it’s great value and I’d definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel not alot to do there as it was low season.. breakfast was lovely great choice.. receptionist very pleasant on arrival quick check in I paid 100 euros deposit but never got that back not sure why as we made sure the room was kept clean and left a nice tip as we had our room cleaned ever… lisää
