“Excellence above expectations”
The hotel is very professionally run. The check in and checkout was smooth, the room clean and nice, the cafeteria simple but has everything you need in the morning and at the end of the day. The hotel is very professionally run. The check in and checkout was smooth, the room clean and nice, the cafeteria simple but has everything you need in the morning and at the end of the day. Everything in the room was of the highest quality - from bedding to the espresso machine. All staff are very professional, but I would like to specifically commend the Manager Eduardo and a front desk agent Ona. Eduardo is visible on premises, very accessible and approachable, competent and willing to go above and beyond the regular duties. Ona demonstrated the highest professionalism as multilingual and competent staff, adding a pleasant touch of personal warmth. I can highly recommend the hotel for any purposes.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times . The staff are really helpful and efficient . Everything is as described. It has a nice laid back feel about it . “Highly recommend hotel.”
The Hotel and its straff went above and beyond to help. All the way from the maid cleaning our room to the hotel manager. The room was clean and really nice. The food was really good and all and all we had a fantastic stay. We can highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Among the advantages of the hotel I can note a comfortable room, the ability to warm up food and make tea/coffee, and there is a large supermarket nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. “Best stay in alicante”
I loved the visit! The hotel was very clean and had a friendly staff. Check in and check out went very smooth and they offer a good buffet on the weekends. The receptionist was competently spoke English which was helpful for me coming from the US and only able to speak English.
