☀️FACILITIES☀️ -you could honestly stay on site for your whole stay as they have everything you could need -they have all meals and a snack bar open nearly all day serving food and ice creams -drinks are always available from the bars -the pool is huge and there are plenty of slides -there is a small shop in the lobby that sells all the things you forget 🙈 (shampoo, swimming stuff, snacks etc ) -there’s entertainment available nearly all day and there is something for everyone ☀️FOOD☀️ - lots of variety, some things look abit dodgy but you’re abroad what can you do - doesn’t vary much between days but they do have some themed food nights - timings are abit weird but there is always something on for everyone, even the fussiest ( constantly have chips every meal ) - the snack bar is so useful and is open practically all day -all food was warm and well-cooked but not the best quality, definitely not 5 star (gets abit boring 😶) ☀️DRINKS☀️ -always available from the bars and have a huge variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic, all lovely -always bring your plastic cup to get them as you can’t have glass around the pool ☀️POOL☀️ - as everyone says it is quite cold, doesn’t matter though in this heat -huge and lots of different sections for kids or adults -lots and lots of chairs around so you’re nearly always guaranteed a seat, they go all around the pool and kids pool -you can also rent private cabanas for 30 euros a day, these are either on little islands or dotted around the pool ☀️SLIDES☀️ -lots of variety for kids and adults, all great and spread around the complex -not much to say on these, big slides are big and small slides are small -great in the weather but some of the big ones close earlier than the rest ☀️SICKNESS☀️ -don’t trust all the reviews you read, our party of 4 has had no sight of the mystery bug -not seen anyone around with it or even any mentions of it at all -all good and meat has been cooked and warm and the staff are constantly cleaning the whole place ☀️STAFF☀️ -all so friendly and understanding and reception is always open for any help you need -we arrived very early and couldn’t check in until 3 and the staff offered to clean our room sooner so we could get in -pool staff are always entertaining and involving kids in activities -even the cleaners are friendly, what can i say -the staff outside will also call you a taxi if needed - beware the taxis though 🙈 ☀️AREA☀️ -quite a small beach town but still lots of restaurant and shops, there is a small shop over the road from the hotel that sells snacks and water etc -the beach is quite big and clean and the views are lovely -there are a few small parks along the beach for the little ones - just down the road there is a stall where you can book all sorts of excursions -benidorm is just around a 10 minute taxi ride away and there is lots to do there - beware however as many of the taxis will charge you more for being foreign ☀️ROOMS☀️ -we stayed in tower 2, floor 2 and the room wa spacious and clean -the decor is abit dated but all the facilities work and the tv had lots of English channels!! -if you wanted to scruntiniae little details you could but they can be easily ignored - some things need a lick of paint but the rooms overall were brilliant - we had a large balcony with a table and chairs as well as a couch, the doors to these do have a lock too -lots of storage and all rooms have ac ☀️ENTERTAINMENT☀️ -as a lot of people said it’s quite repetitive and on quite late but there’s clearly lots of effort put in -there’s around 3 things on very night in different stages - whether that’s live music, dances or animal shows, there’s something for everyone to enjoy -there are several screens around the pool and in the lobby too (for anyone watching the euros like us) ☀️WEATHER☀️ -obviously the weather can’t be controlled but why we were here it was lovely, not a cloud in the sky -it did start to rain one night but there is still enough to do inside that it didn’t bother us i’ve added a few photos below ⬇️ overall, they’re what you make of it, don’t let yourself be put off by the reviews, if you’re looking for a 5 star bahamas resort i’d stay clear but for a nice family holiday with lots to do i would 100% recommend!! 💛
