Stayed here fairly recently with my mate,came out here for my birthday as it was my first ever actually holiday (flying) arrived I think 21st to 25th November transfers from airport was a mare n longer than told,but once at the hotel greeted even tho it was VERY late by a very helpful n friendly guy at the desk, check in was very quick and straightforward and as it was gone 2am he pointed us to a nice food place as we were quite hangry as not eaten since the night before but anyways Hotel surroundings are beautiful I only encountered friendly staff,yes pool closed but I've got no issues with that as it's out of season as such and a BEAUTIFUL beach is like 4mins walk away so absolutely no issues from me,lifts didn't bother with myself as I was only on the 2nd floor,room was nice only nit pick I can say is their wasn't a kettle 🤣 that's my only comment really otherwise everything else was spot on. It wasn't until the 3rd day I spotted a little shop built onto the hotel which I went and looked at seen a few things I wanted to get my friend which she would have loved but we were on our way down to the! well most bars that day tbh 😂so decided to go back in the morning and pick up the items I seen only to find that the shop actually closed that day till February,was a little gutted that I didn't pick them up when I was there tbh 😕but none the less I'll definitely be back and I'm thinking of coming back soon as the 29th this month if I can work things around at home as I'd love to stay again.

“NEVER AGAIN”

Up a very steep hill Lift's are a nightmare. Chaos. Would not stay again here Enquiry about late check out...was refused. Spoke to a different staff member following day and was told no problem. Glad we enquired again Restaurant chaos Room basic

Hotel itself is very nice, clean and staff very helpful. Up a very steep hill but there is a free shuttle bus service that starts at 10am and is every 20 mins and runs until 8.30pm but we didn’t use back as we got a taxi which was €7-8. If you want entertainment at night then this hotel isn’t it. … lisää

Up a very steep hill but there is a free shuttle bus service that starts at 10am and is every 20 mins and runs until 8.30pm but we didn’t use back as we got a taxi which was €7-8. If you want entertainment at night then this hotel isn’t it. They only cater for the Spanish. Not one drink bought between them and then they just do ballroom dancing, was like a Spanish dance class all night until closing at midnight. Would’ve been fine if they also catered for others but they didn’t. Also I don’t like saying this but they were also very rude, we got the feeling that they don’t like the English. Plenty to do out and about so we just stayed out. Lovely enough hotel but we won’t be returning again. Very much enjoyed sitting on the beach front on Christmas morning in the sun.
