“Great base, great value”

Fabulous little hotel, great value for money. It might only be 2* but if all you are looking for is a quiet, comfortable base it's ideal. Stayed here for 3 nights. Fabulous little hotel, great value for money. It might only be 2* but if all you are looking for is a quiet, comfortable base it's ideal. Stayed here for 3 nights. The view wasn't fantastic as it faced into the courtyard but was ideal for us as it was very quiet. Refurbished with a gorgeous bathroom. The walls are quite thin so you can here other guests but we still slept soundly on the comfortable beds. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and paid for one buffet dinner which for the price was great and included wine. I've been to Benidorm more than 40 times. This was my first time in the old town and I will definitely stay here again. The hotel probably isn't suitable for children as the lifts are a bit old fashioned but if you want a short break at a clean, modern, quiet hotel I can highly recommend Hotel Fleming

“Great spot but dirty room.”

I stayed at this hotel with my mum for 2 nights in April. We walked in and were greeted with a lovely clean, modern reception area and a nice helpful member of staff on reception. I stayed at this hotel with my mum for 2 nights in April. We walked in and were greeted with a lovely clean, modern reception area and a nice helpful member of staff on reception. We got the lift (be careful with the lifts the close fast and don’t stop when they hit you) up to our room (415). At first glance the room was light, airy and modern. The outlook wasn’t great but for what we had paid we were happy. I then started to notice how dirty the room was. The skirting boards were thick with dust, the curtain had a substance on it and there was lots of mould in the bathroom. It’s a shame because they were things that could be easily cleaned in five minutes. The bedding however was clean and the beds were very comfy. The rooms were noisy and you could hear a lot of hotel noise. We had read this on other reviews and were expecting it. I wasn’t expecting the noise that the bin truck made for 15 minutes at 1am on the Friday night/Saturday morning. The shower didn’t regulate temperature at all, it was either freezing or too hot I had to step back, not ideal if you were to have small children with you. The security guard at night was fantastic, so helpful. He came and showed us how to used the air-con and the next night gave me an extra blanket when I went down at 2am. Breakfast had something for everyone but I found it difficult to find plates and cups, they were not close to where you would need them. Location was great, 3 mins walk away from a lovely beach and bars, 8 mins walk into the old town and €10 in a taxi to “the strip”. Great value for money just the room cleanliness really let it down. Possibly the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in unfortunately.

Very nice modern hotel, very clean and decent sized rooms, beds very comfortable and a nice powerful shower, good location for old town with beach a 3 minute walk, bars, shops and restaurants 3 to 5 minutes walk. Very nice modern hotel, very clean and decent sized rooms, beds very comfortable and a nice powerful shower, good location for old town with beach a 3 minute walk, bars, shops and restaurants 3 to 5 minutes walk. A pleasant walk to Newtown the strip and the beach there takes around 25 minutes. Staff very helpful. We went all inclusive but I wouldn’t recommend this at all, there was one person who had to clear restaurant tables, clean them and reset them with cutlery etc and this person also had to serve behind the bar which meant more often than not there’s nobody behind the bar and a fairly long wait for drinks, I can’t understand why they wouldn’t employ someone to work solely behind the bar during opening times. The food is pretty much all Spanish/Mediterranean dishes which probably suits 90% of guests as it’s a very Spanish hotel. I’m not a fussy eater at all but the food just wasn’t for me and always luke warm, fruit, cereal, yogurts and toast were ok but you can’t go wrong with that. I’d return to hotel if I felt the price was right but not on an all inclusive basis as food and drinks outside of hotel are very cheap and much better quality.
