“Ideal Location, Adequate Room, Fair Facilities”

My friends and I arrived and were checked in by helpful staff. ROOM: The accommodation one friend and I stayed in comprised of one smaller room with 3 bunk beds and another with about 10: the latter looked like that of a POW camp, so we stayed in the smaller room which was modern-looking enough. The single beds were a fair size and we had air-con. FACILITIES: There was only one small locker each for storage but they could not be locked, which seemed pointless. The toilets were a bit of a walk away, but they were clean and there were plenty of showers. Free Wi-Fi was only reachable in reception. LOCATION: Very good- about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Calpe which we liked. FINAL COMMENTS: Cheap and cheerful- for a night or two in Calpe, you can't go wrong!

“Nice relaxed hostel in lovely Calpe”

I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm for 2 nights (18 euros per night). The room was large and clean and the shared bathroom was massive. I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm for 2 nights (18 euros per night). The room was large and clean and the shared bathroom was massive. I was lucky in that I only had one other girl stay one night and the 2nd night I had the room to myself. Wifi access is in the main bar area on the ground floor, although I occasionally got signal in my room. Location wise, it's really close to 2 nice beaches (and bars/restaurants) and to the big rock (Penon de Ilach). There were flamingos hanging out on Las Salinas just in front of the hostel. When I went for breakfast in the morning, I was told that it wasn't included in the price for the dorm rooms and I'd have to pay 4.50 euros for it. I explained that on the FAQ page of their website, it says that 'Breakfast is included.' Apparently this is their old web page which is soon to be replaced. Because of this, I was allowed to have the buffet breakfast, which was really good of them. Really friendly staff and very relaxed feel about the place.

“Super clean and bright hostel”

Stumbled upon this hostel accidently after having spent a night in a more expensive double room in a little hospedaje, we were very pleased to get a double room here at a great price. Stumbled upon this hostel accidently after having spent a night in a more expensive double room in a little hospedaje, we were very pleased to get a double room here at a great price. It is amazingly spacious and clean hostel right on the waterfront. it has a great kitchen and outside bar area. The free breakfast is plentiful too and lots of space to sit down and eat. The wifi coverage isn't great, but hey, switch off the laptop.

Se oli hyvin pimeä yöllä ja emme tunne olosi turvalliseksi. Kylpyhuone oli myös eräänlainen jaettu - vasemmalle tytöt ja oikeat pojat - ei ollut paljon yksityisyyttä suihkun aikana, jos et ole varovainen henkilö, joka saapuu kylpyhuoneeseen, kun sinä asut suihkussa. Ja kylpyhuone on hyvin pieni, joten sitä on vaikea pukeutua ilman kaikkien näkemistä. Kylpyhuone ja huone eivät ole niin puhtaita. Se on kuitenkin lähellä kaupungin keskustaa. Ja henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen.
