“Perfect Mountain Retreat in pure Peace & Quiet 💆🏼♂️ ”

Normally known for the Nightlife of Magaluf & Santa Ponsa ‘The Finca Honor Vell’ couldn’t be further away from that crazy party atmosphere if it tried which is exactly what we were looking for!! ✌️ 🤫🌲🌲 The finca is situated in the most picturesque setting in the mountains of Mallorca & upon arrival no matter what direction you look in you are surrounded by pure beauty accompanied by peace & quiet💆🏼...Well about 99% of the time as the finca is home to its very own Donkey Alarm clock named ‘Tinto’ who loves to let everyone know it’s 6Am and a brand new day Eeeeeeawwwww so if you don’t like wake up calls bring a pair of ear plugs🤣. He’s the most lovely gentle soul & loves company,carrots & apples. The pool is fantastically clean with beautiful views and catches the sun all day with only the sound of crickets. There are a few hidden bits located around the finca where you can retire in comfort to read a book or smoke a cigar as I did. Heiko & Sabine are the most gracious and friendly hosts and can offer you inside advice on where in the island to visit. FYI you will need a car to get here & to head out for dinner etc as you are in the mountains after all. Rooms are basic but rustic so it ties in with your surroundings , Beds are lovely & comfy shower and water are perfect and the room has everything you need! The only draw back is there is no air con apart from keeping the window at night but beware of mosquitos 🦟 so bring a citronella spray or a plug in Mosquito spray to keep those pests at bay! If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and to kick back in pure rustic beauty& silence for a few days this place is your best bet! 😊😊😊🙏

“A hidden gem”
We just spent a wonderful week at this Finca. While the road to arrive here is a little challenging, it is well worth it...a secluded paradise. Views of the surrounding mountains are glorious especially at sunset and the pool and gardens are tranquil. If you are looking for a place to escape and relax this is definitely it. Thanks Sabine and Heiko for a fabulous week ...we hope you get lots more Australian guests!

“Amazing”
Stayed here for a friends wedding back in July. The whole villa/hotel was rented for the week so I can't give any feedback for food or staffing etc but it was very clean when we arrived, everything was in good working order. The whole villa/hotel was rented for the week so I can't give any feedback for food or staffing etc but it was very clean when we arrived, everything was in good working order. All in all amazing time and the villa played a big role in that. If you are in the area or looking to stay around Bunyola you definitely won't be disappointed if you stay here. Shout out to the donkey which did like to wake you up nice and early, but actually didn't mind as it gets you out of bed!! (some guests may find this a negative if you like to lie in later than 9am)

“Beautiful little place with wonderful atmosphere ”
We spend a week at the Finca Honor Vell in late October. It is a beautiful little place quietly hidden away in the mountain region of Mallorca. It has only a small number of rooms and therefore it is very private. The owners, Sabine and Heiko, make you feel very welcome and tend to your every need.… lisää
We spend a week at the Finca Honor Vell in late October. It is a beautiful little place quietly hidden away in the mountain region of Mallorca. It has only a small number of rooms and therefore it is very private. The owners, Sabine and Heiko, make you feel very welcome and tend to your every need. You can tell that they have put a lot of effort and love into this place. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The breakfast is excellent. The finca itself and its surroundings are simply beautiful. By car the next town, Bunyola, is only a couple of minutes away and the next bigger town with restaurants and shops in Port de Soler is only about 25 minutes away. I highly recommend getting a rental car. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place away from the more busy and touristy areas of Mallorca, stay here. Romantic hotel with all the features you can imagine to make your stay a wonderful one. We were here as a couple but for families it is as well very nice. We were here for one week and from the finca we explored the beautiful surroundings, villages like Deià and Port Soller but as well Alcúdia and Parc Albufera; Cap Formentor. Hiking, easy as Well as challenging, is amazing at this part of Mallorca. The hosts are super friendly and the breakfast delicious... also for people with gluten allergies.
