“Good !”
Good room service, I loved the show at the pool, the restaurants have a good variety of food. When I arrived there were a lot of people but the receptionist that I had was very fast and kind. Thank you.

“Great people”
Amazing place with amazing people. Everyone there was extremely nice and friendly especially Alfredo Francisco our gex host who made sure we were having an amazing time, helping us book reservations to excursion and restaurants. Alfredo made our time here more enjoyable for sure. Also our waiter Andres at the riviera was the nicest waiter I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

“vacations and relax!”
We had a great time at this hotel. We stayed for 7 days. The place met all our requirements: we enjoyed nature, had good and fast transportation, the bedroom and specially the bed were really comfortable, we had a great view from our room. We had a great time at this hotel. We stayed for 7 days. The place met all our requirements: we enjoyed nature, had good and fast transportation, the bedroom and specially the bed were really comfortable, we had a great view from our room. Music and water sound are an amazing surrounding. All shows, except the circus one, were incredible. The Michael Jackson-s show was the best *but they need to perform it in a larger space in order to have room for spectators and performers. The quality of the body care products can be improved a lot!! we were not happy with shampoo, soap,body lotion... very poor quality. We were not able to take a shower and feel fresh and clean after using these products. The personnel is very respectful, kind and very helpful. They were always looking to serve and please us. However, there are several talks and events that they push you to go and don-t tell you clearly that it is an event intended for you ti buy their products and services! this is annoying. WE want to highlight the excellence of the following employees: the housekeeper that cleaned our room *4111*, Caroline Rijo: she was clear, very kind and professional. She helped us to sole every small issue that we had. She never stoped smiling, depite the huge pressure that she has to deal with. Michelle Polanco, she is also very professional. Finally, Juan Pichardo, he enjoys his work and is always looking to do better, help clients and serve us so we could have a great time. Thanks to them and the great installations and comfort of the hotel will return and have amazing vacation again!!
