“Basic room but great and nice staff”

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Yak hotel for a week. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpfull.Our room was very basic,need renovation but good size,hot water under shower and it was very clean ( thank you Janina). Se are not fussy and se didnt expect much thats why se enjoyed staying in our room … lisää

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Yak hotel for a week. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpfull.Our room was very basic,need renovation but good size,hot water under shower and it was very clean ( thank you Janina). Se are not fussy and se didnt expect much thats why se enjoyed staying in our room (number 413). Breakfast very nice with a lot of choices. The beach is opposite the hotel but we could stay only till 14-15 because water gets high and cover everything. We both a few trips. My favourite was to Pipa where I could swim close to dolphins. They come every day :) We were very disappointed with restaurants around hotel. There are a few and most of them sell Italian food. To the nearest supermarket is 20 mins walk unless you want to pay double for water, alcohol or food you can get close the hotel. Natal didn't impress us but a few trips we paid for were worth coming.

“Good hotel in a good location”

The overall experience at this hotel was good. We had a minor issue when we checked in since when we modified our reservation we had to cancel the original one and apparently the hotel cancel the wrong one. They fixed the issue and we had no problems after that. The hotel is clean and staff are nic… lisää

The overall experience at this hotel was good. We had a minor issue when we checked in since when we modified our reservation we had to cancel the original one and apparently the hotel cancel the wrong one. They fixed the issue and we had no problems after that. The hotel is clean and staff are nice. The best part of the hotel is the location... there are many good restaurants around the area and it is not as busy as Ponta Negra.

Three of us stayed here for three nights in June and had a great time. Breakfast was good with lots of options (note: if you are expecting an American breakfast you won't get that here...or anywhere else, but it was an above average continental breakfast). Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, the pool deck is great, though we didn't use it except for a late night nap. Location was fine, right across the street from Praia das Artistas. Quick little cab ride or easy 20 minute walk to the fort. Well worth the stay.

This hotel is located on the waterfront avenue (praia dos Artistas). That beach is the nearest to Natal's downtown area. It is not far from the "Três Reis Magos Fortress" (XVI century). This hotel is located on the waterfront avenue (praia dos Artistas). That beach is the nearest to Natal's downtown area. It is not far from the "Três Reis Magos Fortress" (XVI century). Easy access to many points of interest. It seems that Yak hotel was refurbished not too long ago, however it would deserve more attention related to maintenance. Room was clean and had a good view of the swimming pools, deck and the sea. Did not like the noisy arconditioning. Breakfast could be better. Staff is polite and helpful.
