The hotel location is good, the rooms are of good size. the housekeeping staff are nice. It will be better , however , if they employ more staff, as room cleaning is not done on a daily basis. The ghee rice restaurant, serves good cuisine, but service levels need to be improved . Behaviour of staff overall is good., probably fewer staff , has affected the satisfaction levels.
