“Consistency and reliability. Personal service”
I stay at the hotel often. Usually make my reservation onsite for the stay. Rooms are clean and Great service! The restaurant is simple with an amazing team they makes the experience unique. “Gringo stuck in Caracas due to the crazy ass government”
Being a stranded tourist in Caracas where cash is king and no way to use s sanctioned visa card to either pay or withdraw money, Lidotel welcomed me to their «family». Being a stranded tourist in Caracas where cash is king and no way to use s sanctioned visa card to either pay or withdraw money, Lidotel welcomed me to their «family». From the amazing receptionists to the rockstars handling the restaurant, I felt like home. 14000 km away, I did feel like hold. Thanks to the front desk and the amazing guys at the restaurant, to name a few, Edder, Junior and Ewing - my experience turned great! I spent 3 days there but it was an awesome experience. To sum it up - if you are ever stuck, Lidotel is the place to go.

“A true oasis in Caracas”

Although I was born and raised in Caracas, I emigrated 20 years ago and had not returned since 2009 but a lot has changed. In a city that is full of challenges and difficulties for most of it's residents, Lidohotel provided an experience that I did not expect. It's not about the fine furnishings or rooftop restaurant or the top 4 things that I look for when boking a hotel room; clean room, comfortable bed, good and silent AC and good water pressure which Lidotel checks all, it's the staff that really make the difference. Every single employee from the housekeepers, to front desk to Novueau Restaurant like Noel, Marialys, Richard and many more that that escape my memory at the moment. In a country where minimum wage is less that $10 a month but has now shifted to a dollarized economy, it's simply amazing to run into people that go to work every day with a smile on their face with the goal of being of service to every guest and a the same time improve their own quality of life by working hard for tips so please tip often when you come.

“Very secure, great amenities & service.”
The hotel is in a great location. I experienced outstanding service. I really enjoyed their gym and has a very neat spa. Very secure place to stay either you go for business or leisure. Has amenities for every occasion.

“Great hotel, very good ubication.”
The hotel is in a great location, very nice staff service, and very secure and comfortable, also there is a shopping mall connecting to the hotel. There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel, like seafood, steak house and pasta.
