Highly recommend Heartland for a comfortable stay. Liked · Very clean and comfortable. The beds were sooo comfy! Friendly, helpful reception staff. Highly recommend Heartland for a comfortable stay. Liked · Very clean and comfortable. The beds were sooo comfy! Friendly, helpful reception staff. The breakfast was huge, we couldn't finish our meals. The hotel is centrally located. Lots of parking. Our room was a little noisy from outside traffic and the hotel needs a new coat of paint but I would definitely return and/or recommend.

“Comfortable stay”
After looking online, we decided to go in and book at the counter. We were greeted in a friendly and professional manner and the booking process was easy. The room was clean and comfortable and secure and included parking onsite. Would definitely recommend.

“Enjoyable”
cosy feeling room, comfortable bed, plenty of space for hanging clothes. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Lovely linen on sheets. Room was nice and clean. Great water pressure for having a shower. Lovely scented body and hand wash. Lovely scented body and hand lotion.

“Friendly and helpful”
We stayed at the Heartland Ambassador Hotel while watching the test match. The hotel is an easy walk to Seddon Park and the city centre. We stayed at the Heartland Ambassador Hotel while watching the test match. The hotel is an easy walk to Seddon Park and the city centre. Our studio motel room was quite spacious and had a tv with Sky Sports. A little bit old fashioned but very clean and had a balcony. Quite bright but had a bit of road noise if the windows were open, although did have air conditioning. We had a view of the swimming pool and trees. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Judy, Rupesh, Liesl and the housekeeping staff.

“Surprising Oasis”
