“Great for pets”
Great hotel for animal lovers. The pet room they gave us had the area under the bed blocked. My cat stayed clean. In other so-called pet friendly hotels, my cat would come out from under the bed looking like a white fuz-ball probably loaded with germs. I really appreciated the clean for humans and … lisää

“We really enjoyed our stay on the way to DC.”
We really enjoyed our stay on the way to DC. Been here multiple time last 4 years. we love the room layout with hot tub, staff, cook out area and nice area to go one walk in evening. Nice restaurant in walking distance. really knowledgeable and friendly desk clerk.

“Comfortable room, good room rate, and great customer service”
Room was clean, spacious, quiet and bed was comfortable. I unfortunately left my computer /tablet in our room and did not realize it until the next day. I called and spoke with Michelle at the front desk who let me know the housekeeper turned in the tablet to the front desk. I requested that it … lisää
Room was clean, spacious, quiet and bed was comfortable. I unfortunately left my computer /tablet in our room and did not realize it until the next day. I called and spoke with Michelle at the front desk who let me know the housekeeper turned in the tablet to the front desk. I requested that it shipped to me and Michelle took care of doing that and I was just charged a reasonable shipping fee. Great customer service and much appreciated!

“Terrific customer service, good value and friendly staff.”
We were having a really bad first day of our trip, our car had broken down, & after renting a car & driving hours to our destination, there was a problem with our reservation. Neil was terrific though and helped us work through the issue. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

“Roadtrip 2024”
I thought it was very average. Rooms were clean but dated. Not many towels and they were small. Breakfast was no more than 2 out of 5. I was quoted the wrong taxes by central reservations. Manager was very nice and did his best to correct that error.
