“Excellent place to stop overnight.”
This proved to be an excellent rest stop, that allowed us to include Knoxville on our Tennessee road trip. John and Vera (reception team) were both friendly and welcoming. This proved to be an excellent rest stop, that allowed us to include Knoxville on our Tennessee road trip. John and Vera (reception team) were both friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the shower was powerful. There was some road noise, but nothing to really disturb our sleep. Breakfast the next morning was enough to set us up nicely for our drive to the next stop. I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express to friends and family traveling this way. Reason for Visit:Tennessee road trip

The property as a whole is modern and well-maintained inside and out. It is very convenient to the interstate, yet set back far enough that there is no noticeable road noise getting to the rooms. The property as a whole is modern and well-maintained inside and out. It is very convenient to the interstate, yet set back far enough that there is no noticeable road noise getting to the rooms. The front desk associates were welcoming, courteous, professional, and helpful both at check-in and check-out. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The wi-fi worked fine, and there was plenty of room for both working and relaxing. The breakfast layout was ample, with plenty of healthy options, and the coffee was good. All in all a very restful night's stay on a long road trip. Highly recommend!

“Great sleep”
Best sleep I’ve had in a while. Nice rooms friendly people hope to stay again on the way home. They had lemonade in the lobby which my grandkids probably drank the whole gallon before the night was over. Overall great stay here in Knoxville!!!

“Best night ever”
Friends all met at amigos for dinner. Great experience! We played games in the lobby and laughed like kids all night. Most hotels don’t offer games. I think more hotels should it was great! Will stay again for sure. John was a nice young man at the desk

“Great location, service a bit hit and miss.”
Stayed for 3 nights while visiting Dollywood. Staff were friendly enough, breakfast well stocked. However, there was a strange smell in one of our rooms, it’s possible a previous occupant had smoked and they had tried to eliminate the smell but not quite succeeded. Stayed for 3 nights while visiting Dollywood. Staff were friendly enough, breakfast well stocked. However, there was a strange smell in one of our rooms, it’s possible a previous occupant had smoked and they had tried to eliminate the smell but not quite succeeded. The smell didn’t get any better or worse over the 3 days. One day housekeeping didn’t change our towels etc but had come into the room and put our do not disturb sign on the door, we had left it in side the room. We didn’t try the (indoor) pool. 2 of the 3 nights there was no coffee available in the lobby.
