“Great customer service!”
Had a great stay in South Bend at the DoubleTree. A big shout out to Knef at the front desk who was so helpful, Jessica at Baker’s, who showed us great service with a fun personality. (Plus the food was good. ). In the AM JoyAnn who served us breakfast with a smile and was so friendly… lisää

“Excellence”
I want to give a great volume of appreciation to Aiyah Arzadon (Double Tree South Bend Indiana) for restoring my beliefs in the Hilton Hospitality. It hasn't been the same since covid. But she literally brightened my day! Her smile and positivity was amazing.

“Average Hilton on balance”
I'm a Hilton Honors member; so I have stayed at quite a number of Hilton hotels. I'd have to say this one was just average. It had high points and low points.
