“Great location”
The most affordable Hilton hotel in Union Square vicinity. Location is superb and staff are wonderfully pro and helpful esp Marella, Valerie, Frankie and Carlos. The room size can be better though. Also check the bathroom as our shower bottle was not working and toilet was not as clean.

“Marella and Amarion :-)”

Amarion and Marella were hands down some of the friendliest, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and downright best customer service I have ever experienced. I would come back to the hotel just to see them again! To also mention that Valerie was a sweetheart as well. Hotel was nice and located in a good area, 10/10 recommended.

“Great Staff”
This is the best hotel I’ve ever been to! I found myself intrigued by the fantastic hospitality that Marella and Amarion gave my friends and I. I absolutely will be returning to San Francisco and booking at this Hilton hotel and hopefully they will still be here to give the warmest greeting.

“Birthday trip”
Omg, Marella and Amarion made this birthday trip spectacular! They helped us from start to finish and never disappointed. They truly made our trip 10x better — we couldn’t have asked for more! Their energy and kindness made everything unforgettable!

“Great stay off Union Square”
I had a great stay. Just checked out yesterday. The hotel is actually a lot larger than I expected as I did take the stairs to check out the building and I was impressed with how large it was, and you can see a bit of old SF history. I had a great stay. Just checked out yesterday. The hotel is actually a lot larger than I expected as I did take the stairs to check out the building and I was impressed with how large it was, and you can see a bit of old SF history. I was on the 7th floor (top floor), King bed, and view of Macy’s sign. The room was very spacious, offers water for Honors members, fridge, coffee machine. High table top as a work desk was an extra touch of convenience. Customer service was great. The check-in was smooth and Miriella was very nice. Check out personelle was also nice. The room is 5/5 but I give 4 out of 5 on the bathrooms bc they are very tiny. As a solo traveler, it was 5 out of 5 but if I had come with my partner I would not have enjoyed the small bathroom space as much. The water pressure in shower went weak for a bit but it was tolerable. Also I didn’t get WiFi connection on the 7th floor so could only use my cell service which was the first time I experience bad connection at a Hilton. A plus was I was able to control the room from my Hilton App (ie room temperature) and that was the first stay I was able to do that. The breakfast was “so-so” and I wouldn’t recommend if you have to go out of pocket. It def was limited for someone who is gluten free like me and Cappuccino aren’t a included. The location is 5 stars! You cannot beat Union Square walk up. They do keep good security measures. Overall I will return!
