Perfect location for an affordable stay on a long business trip. The staff including Lee and everyone at the front desk were simply superb, the staff helped me with storage and shipment of demonstration equipment and really were so tremendously supportive. Hotel very clean, great location in Scottsdale, walking distance to park for jogging as well.

We were beyond delighted with our brief stay in this Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Prescott. It is conveniently located, convenient to many restaurants, gas stations and even a Costco! We were beyond delighted with our brief stay in this Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Prescott. It is conveniently located, convenient to many restaurants, gas stations and even a Costco! The room was clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. At my request, they had removed any feather pillows, comforters, etc. from the room. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. We didn't use any of the other amenities such as the pool, breakfast, fitness center, etc. but what we did use was great. There is a lovely outdoor patio where we enjoyed some ice cream from the snack shop. The front desk person on duty at our arrival is named Cynthia, I believe, and she is gracious and welcoming. We have no complaints.

This is a great property just on the outskirts of Prescott. Downtown hotels can be crowded and pricey at times, so this is a wonderful alternative. About 10 minutes (or less) from downtown just off Hy 69. The property is just off the highway, but still very quiet -- and our room was on the highway side of the building. Very friendly staff and the room was spotless and spacious. Everything worked well in the room, and the beds were comfortable. One soft and one firm pillow. Breakfast was standard HIG fare, but kept hot and replenished often. Only one elevator, but did not seem to be a problem. Property is within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, and stores -- including a Costco. All in all, great property.

The hotel itself is very nice and we had an oversized King room which met all of our needs. We requested a room away from the highway and didn't hear any traffic noise. The hotel itself is very nice and we had an oversized King room which met all of our needs. We requested a room away from the highway and didn't hear any traffic noise. I especially liked the roomy bathroom counter and extra small counter outside of the bathroom where I could do my hair while my husband showered. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the blackout shades were a nice touch, and the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The staff was wiping down breakfast tables after each use which I don't often see in other hotels so this was appreciated. The exercise room was above average and the inside pool looked inviting. Unfortunately there were too many people going in and out of their hotel rooms late into the night, so sleep quality wasn't ideal with sound of hotel doors slamming shut. It was a holiday weekend so I don't fault the hotel when some of the customers are less than ideal. But it's back to Airbnb's for us and why the hotel gets an average rating from us.
